My partner and I had a great time! The area is quiet and we felt like we had a lot of privacy. The hosts were super helpful waiting for us at the car rental agency, leading us to the Airbnb, and explaining detailed information about the studio. The apartment is perfect for two people, really clean and very good location in the island.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. Jackie was an excellent host—when we had an issue with the toilet, she responded and helped us immediately, which we really appreciated. The flexible check-in was also a big plus, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Aruba!

Very practical and comfortable accommodation, spacious and well equipped. Excellent value for money. A separate mention for Antonio, always attentive and predisposed, allowed us to enter earlier and retire later.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Peaceful and refreshing. Indrah was extremely responsive and helpful. This was our third trip to Aruba and we like the area of Noord. Close to the ocean and away from crowds. Plus one of our favorite restaurants is just down the road.

Albert was very responsive and always available whenever we needed assistance. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed, whether it was for cooking, relaxing, or simply enjoying the space. It’s also ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which was a real bonus. We had an excellent stay and would happily come back!

I would stay here again for sure. Very friendly and responsive. The owner came out and showed us to our room when we were lost. Clean, peaceful, and nice.

This was a great find! Alvaro and Marco are great hosts and had really good recommendations for anything we needed. They went above and beyond to check in with us to make sure all was well. I must add, they recommended someone to do our laundry who was fast, affordable and super friendly. This location is very walkable to great restaurants, supermarket and the Palm Beach nightlife. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Romina and Derek provided excellent hospitality, always attentive and eager for us to enjoy Aruba to the fullest. The room was impeccable: clean, well-kept, and ideally located near the High-Rise Hotel area, beaches, and the airport. Their local tips made a big difference. Highly recommended for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is spacious and features a private balcony overlooking a beautiful produce garden. The kitchen is well equipped, and the central location makes it easy to get around the island. A special thank you to Seymour, our wonderful host manager, for making our stay even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed this stay for our honeymoon! The location was great, it was a 6 min drive to palm beach where all the hotels and restaurants are. We also loved the view from the balcony. The pool very peaceful and beautiful with so many lounge areas! The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed! The gated 24/7 security was a plus!

Always a sad day when I need to leave this perfect apartment and my extraordinary hosts. My only solace is to count the days until my next stay! Great location for Aruba Hi-Winds competition (plan to attend one day, if you haven't, one of the the premier events on the island) and access to the newly dedicated Sarah Quita Beach (Fisherman's Hut area)! Great place . Really meet our needs. Cindis mother Gaid us about Aruba and was really helpful with any our needs. Recommend for cupel who want to spend time be together. You definitely need a car to be able to explore Aruba. We will be back for shore Thanksgiving you Jacky

Great spot in Noord! Literally not far from anywhere, close to beaches, restaurants, etc. Would definitely come back on my next visit to Aruba! Estrellita made it super easy to check in and answered all questions we had very promptly. Everything was clean and well equipped.

The place is great for a super chill vacation in Aruba. We stayed 12 days, a long stay... the truth is that it has everything you need to have a great vacation. I would like to emphasize how complete your kitchen is. You can make the dish you really want, with utensils, pastry molds, etc. The bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning works great... a very nice bathroom. On the other hand, the patio Jacuzzi is always available to relax after a sunny day. The hosts were always attentive and happy to answer any questions or deal with any minor requests we had during the stay. Thank you very much!! We'll be back in the future.

Everything was excellent. The apartment seemed neat, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The bed was great. The sheets and towels are also excellent. 2 air conditioners but we used it little because the apartment was not hot. The condominium seemed very quiet to me. You couldn't hear the noise from other apartments. They have a free ice machine. Tap water is potable. Super close to the beach, and for me the best area of the beach, for its tranquility, availability of umbrellas always (at least on the days I was there) and Tuesday also quiet. I recommended it to all my friends.

Our first-time Aruba experience was fabulous! The Pearl Condo Hotel is very quaint, spacious, and I loved the location! DJ checked in on us upon arrival, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. There to celebrate my sister’s birthday, the condo was only a 10 minute walk from her resort. The location central to the island and I will definitely be back! #perfectvacay

Incredible location that is situated close to most attractions on the island, friendly and helpful host, and clean and comfortable stay! A very pleasant experience!

Our condo was exactly as described and in a beautiful gated community. The amenities were exactly as described the condo was spacious and gave us everything we wanted. If you like to stay in the th North end of Aruba where it is more peaceful and not as crowded, I recommend this condo as a great option. Also, Victor was very proactive and reached out numerous times during our stay to ensure we were enjoying our vacation and to see if we needed anything or any recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was seamless, and Ricardo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The location is perfect—close to a grocery store and a short walk to Eagle Beach (even after a full beach day, the walk was easy!). The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. While the beds are a bit dated, they were sufficient for our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would gladly return! Thank you Ricardo & Maria—A+++ would recommend!
