House vacation rentals in Noord

From the time we booked until the time we checked out Jose was there to help ! He has a beautiful hidden Gem in Noord. Easy to get to anything, 10 min drive to most groceries and sight seeing. He offered a car rental which is a big bonus as rentals are difficult to find on the island and you definitely need a car! The home is spacious , comfy and well stocked! The pool was a huge bonus to relax beside and cool off! Hands down will be returning!!

Amazing Stay! Highly recommend this place! Rich and Geoffrey always responded right away and were even kind enough to answer all my questions about the island as it was our first time! Check-in was seamless. Judy the host was always responsive and answered our questions. Franklin met us at the house and was amazing and explained everything thoroughly. He was so kind and spent the time to answer any questions we had. They even have a binder of sites to see and grocery stores and restaurant recommendations which was helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Full fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. They provided a cooler and beach chairs and snorkeling equipment which was so handy! Beds were SO comfortable. Everything was so clean when we arrived. I was nervous b/c I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb and never been to Aruba, but they made everything easy. I have zero complaints. This house is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and well kept. I can’t wait to go back and stay here again!!

where to begin! first of all svenja has to be the absolute best host ever. the house was modern, clean and everything was perfect. I was in Aruba for 7 weeks. I stayed in another house 6 weeks then found svenjas. what a treat. svenja is very knowledgeable of the area. picked up the phone everyone i had a question. if your planning a trip to Aruba and looking for a house, don't miss this one. thank you svenja for everything. it was a pleasure to stay in your home!!

Will was very responsive to our needs. This family of 5 had a great time on our favorite island.

This was an awesome Airbnb. Had everything you could think of appliance wise in kitchen. Drip coffee maker w filters available to make it easy to just pick up ground coffee. Beautiful well maintained pool. Not quite walkable to beaches but that was as described. A rental car made it easy to explore the area. Family of 5 found plenty of space to relax and have their space.

I would give this place 100 stars if I could - this is by far the best place I’ve stayed in. The house was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. Words can’t adequately describe the pool, landscaping and lighting - absolutely stunning! The location is perfect - in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk to all of the action - lots of great restaurants and the beach. There are also a couple of beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Brett was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Aruba is now one of my favorite spots, and it has a lot to do with this house and pool! We’ll definitely be back!

The house looks exactly as it was pictured and even better, responsive hosts who truly care about hospitality. We’d definitely recommend staying at this house or any of the atmonchi properties if you want to enjoy a clean home with the little things thought of. The house isn’t in the hustle and bustle of the tourism area which we preferred but know that you’re only 10-15 minutes away if you desire that.

The villas are truly a peaceful space and easy to get to and from other attractions on the island. We are already dreaming about our next stay!!!

This home was all that we could ask for. Clean, beautiful, peaceful and the location was perfect. Went with family there was plenty of room for everyone. Grandkids loved the pool. Host provided beach chairs and coolers. The home was perfect for relaxing meals. Close to beaches and downtown. We will definitely be back.

We had never been to Aruba and only heard great things. This place was an easy choice due the pool and privacy and it did not disappoint! Truly loved it! We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the roof balcony staring at the stars. We will definitely return and are already planning on booking this place again! Super clean, super accessible, and gorgeous.

Simply incredible! Starting with the impeccable service. The hostess was always available to please us and serve us in the best way possible. The place is wonderful. The motorhome is fully equipped, it has absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor area is delightful. In addition to the pool, there is also a space with a shower for bathing under the moonlight and another bathroom for outdoor use. We spent wonderful days, it was the highlight of our trip.

The house is very nice, very spacious and comfortable, the location is spectacular, my family had a great time, very friendly host.

Gilia’s place was as per photos and description, no surprises. The backyard was to die for and where we spent most of our time. The pool and multiple seating areas were amazing. There were 2 really good grocery stores (Do-It centre & Save More) within walking distance. There were several food trucks also within walking distance but the one across the street (Angos) was the best. We had a great time at Gilia’s and would definitely recommend.

We stayed in Unit 6 and loved our time there. It looked exactly like the pictures. Every morning we watched the pelicans get their breakfast while we had ours on the deck. Our stay was peaceful, relaxing and it was so nice to be away from all the cruise ship energy that swarms the more popular beaches. I would stay here again in a minute!

This is a great home that is located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the high rise hotels to settle into a realxed vibe. It is also close enough that if you want to be in that area, it is a quick and easy ride to casinos, restaurants, and night life. The house is well equipped for cooking. The pool was clean and the outdoor space private for quiet days of hanging out. Arashi beach is a 5 minute walk and you can catch a great sunset every night. The house has family pictures that make it feel like a real home. The house is comfortable with plenty of areas for gathering with friends or finding your own private space. Owner was very responsive throughout the process and our greeter let us get into the house a little early. This is a great place.

We enjoyed a peaceful and productive time during our work/vacation week. I was able to easily connect to the WIFI which was fast and reliable. This enabled us to get work done and head to the beach. We appreciated relaxing outside at the pool with its many seating areas. The high walls surrounding the pool and jacuzzi provide privacy and solitude. Anna greeted us on arrival and although we are frequent travelers to Aruba, and didn’t need the guest binder to find our way around, for first time guests this is extremely useful. Yes, you do need a car, to drive a couple of miles to various beaches, or make a short trip to nearby local markets (big and small), however this is an amazing house to make yourself feel at home in Aruba! We appreciated the well appointed kitchen, modern appliances, and gas stove and enjoyed eating home when we wanted. The water pressure in the bathrooms is great and the outdoor shower and bathroom by the pool are fantastic. Masha Danki until next time!

Excellent rental place. Very clean, roomy, private outdoor area and pool. Management team Sartini and Sanne were very pleasant and responsive. Checked in with us periodically. Great family home.

This home was great for our family. Waking up each morning to a cup of coffee in the outdoor space was always a great start. There was lots of privacy once in the gated yard. Our boys especially loved the pool! At this price point, it was hard to find another home with the amenities this home offered. The home is in a much less touristy area, which was fine. It just meant a bit further of a drive to the main beaches, but much closer to Baby Beach!

This place is amazing! It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL ! The pictures are exact! It is very clean and wonderful!! Armando is a peach and very helpful. HIGHLY recommend!!!

House was everything it was advertised to be. Location was within minutes of beaches and restaurants. everything was new and clean.

We had an amazing stay at Sunny Palapa Casita! The place was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was a highlight—beautifully maintained with a spacious play area for the kids, a jacuzzi to unwind in, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. It truly felt like a little oasis. We’d definitely book again without hesitation! Paul was a wonderful host and very attentive and responsive!

What can I say, but amazing! The home was quiet, comfortable, all amenities you could ask for. Javier was a joy to spend time with! He is family now! Helped us with many different activities! We will definitely recommend Luna 39! We will be back! Thanks for an awesome time!

Great villa, absolutely stunning, pictures are as described. Super convenient location, easily walkable to a mega grocery store & the beach! We walked to the beach twice and made daily coffee runs to the grocery store that had a cafe inside! The host is absolutely amazing, you need to book the excursions she offers, it was one of a kind. We had such an amazing stay.

This place was beautiful, peaceful and private! I enjoyed every day of my stay and loved the daily visits from the neighbour dog and cats ! Everything was super clean and the backyard was perfect for lounging and cooling off. I would 1000% recommend this place !
