I absolutely loved my stay. I will book again

This past weekend, my husband and I, brought our family and kids down from NY to visit. Not only was the house amazing and suited everyone perfectly for our activities, but Michelle and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. From the pool, to the views outdoors, we even saw a family of deer hanging around on the property and the kids loved it, the house was breath taking and so much to do. We will absolutely book here in the future and recommend this property to all future renters.

The place came as advertised, easy instructions at check in and WiFi setup. Super convenient to a lot of local shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect host! Very responsive and accommodating. We stayed here due to repairs being done to our home and Edward was most accommodating to our needs and allowed early check in. He responds practically immediately. He went above and beyond for our stay here. Much appreciated! Thank you a million times over!

This was a perfect place for all of us girls to get together to celebrate my sisters wedding. We each had plenty of space and lots of room to be together. The pool and outdoor area was wonderful and we really loved gathering there to just hang out. She made sure there was lots of amenities incase we forgot anything like toothbrushes, Tupperware, shampoo, etc. Communication was very easy too before our stay and she even helped by leaving a cooler for us since we were flying in and needed one for our day out. We had everything we needed and more! I would for sure stay again and would recommend anyone thinking about staying here to book as well! Thank you Polo for a trip to remember!

Great location, even for big groups. Patrick was very responsive, accomodating, and professional. The house is 3 stories, with the bottom floor opening to a large pool area with a fireplace, covered bar, TV, and hot tub. That area has a beautiful overlook of the lake that pictures don't do justice, with a staircase down to yet another table area with water craft and a dock. This is great for a quiet getaway and large family gathering. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and the amenities are plentiful and varied to keep everyone engaged for the entire stay. Highly recommend!

Thank you for another wonderful stay in you place! What we love the most is the open gathering space of the kitchen dining room and living room. We like to all be together when we travel with multiple families and this is the place to do it!! I love that I can be preparing a meal AND I don’t miss anything because everyone is right there ! Comfortable beds, great linens, clean spaces and large rooms to hang out in. The communication is top notch - I have never waited more than two minutes to get a response to a question. I highly recommend this rental to a large group !

The homes were large enough for our party and the pictures were as advertised. Having homes next to each other really helped keep our group together. We felt at home and were comfortable with what each home provided.

This is the one - if you searched this area and came across this property, rent it. We traveled with six adults and three kids, and it was perfect. Beautiful home, safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved that we stayed here!!

The host is amazing and very responsive! Had a minor issue with the room and she went above and beyond to get the matter resolved. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the Charlotte area!

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. Everything was as described. House was spacious and had everything you could need.

My extended family and I all stayed here when we were in town for my cousin’s wedding. Thirteen adults and one baby— it was the perfect setup! So rare to find a large house that has rooms that all have the same bed type. I was worried that the living room would feel too cramped based on photos, but it worked out. I was very much a fan of all the extra bits of seating, like ottomans. I will note that some of us found the beds/pillows uncomfortable. (And I don’t think the mattresses were memory foam.) Overall though, this place was wonderful. Also, we highly recommend Benny’s— super close by and the pizzas are absurdly/charmingly large/delicious.

I appreciated Robyn for being so accomodating on such short notice. The place is far more spacious than I had imagined, and was soooooo thoughtful with how they had everything stocked up. This is such a wonderful deal and a beautiful find. I can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay in Matthews. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Suit case stands are nice touch for travelers. Nice living room to hang out and comfortable bed, sheets, and pillows. Would stay again in future visits to Matthews.

Will definitely book with Demo in the future, great location, house was super nice & clean, even had a mini basketball game in the garage. Peaceful neighborhood, everything was perfect!
