This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

This is a perfect place to have a great time with your loved one, very comfortable , spacious and easy to access, the house is clean and and had everything we needed, I recommend for everyone, I loved our stay at the house.

We had family in town for graduation and Amy’s place checked all the boxes for us. Plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The bedrooms were roomy and cozy. Our little nephew loved the well-stocked bookcase that allowed him to have a different story every night. The trampoline and outside space were wonderful. We even used the barbecue. Would definitely recommend!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

This is our third year staying here. It is one of our favorite places. The house is awesome for our getaway weekend- plenty of space and near town. We used the taxi company which was very accommodating. I look forward to staying there again.

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Loved our stay at the sugar shack! Perfect place for a ski trip with our pups. We enjoyed a nightly soak in the hot tub after long days on the slopes!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

Cabin is absolutely beautiful, very clean, welcoming, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back for sure! Thanks for being awesome!

Caitlin’s place was so quiet and cute! The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub in room was amazing and the view is breathtaking. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for our group of 4, plenty of space. Much bigger than I thought after viewing the pictures. Everything was clean and worked great. We took full advantage of the kitchen and there were plenty of cook and eat ware. Quick 4 minute drive to Attitash, close enough to go home for lunch. Loved that we were able to bring our dog too! Check in and check out were super easy. We will certainly be back next Winter for our Attitash weekend. Winter Wonderland Retreat!!! Talia's place was AMAZING!!! We arrived during a snow storm and within a couple of hours the roads and the driveway were all cleared and plowed! The Cabin and trees were all cloaked in snow and it was warm and cozy inside!!! Our two doggos enjoyed exploring the woods and searching for signs of the deer family living nearby. There was a family with young deer and they slept under the pine trees in the back woods. :) They also enjoyed their strolls down the driveway and along the quiet neighborhood roads. :) The night sky was UNBELIEVABLE!!! I did not realize there were so many stars in the night sky!! :) The cabin is very close to Pleasant Mountain, which is a beautiful place to ski! :) The Cabin had everything we needed!! We are looking forward to our next retreat already!! Talia was awesome! She was very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!! Thank you for everything, Talia!! :)

We had a great stay at Julia and Peter's place! Home was cozy, ample room for teens, kids and adults to have their own space, etc. House exceeded expectations from pictures and description. Very clean, and easy to get to North Conway, Jackson, etc. Love that it was on a beautiful hillside with views and in a peaceful area. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

The cabin matched the description. It is small but space was utilized well. Nice decor, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! The location was close to Jackson making it easy to get around. The houses were a little closer together than I expected but it was not a problem. The deck worked out well especially for our 2 small dogs. I thought there was going to be a grill to cook out on, but that could have been my misreading of the description. The view was fabulous. My husband has balance issues and did find it challenging to navigate the 4 granite steps and the uneven granite walkway to the house. Probably not an issue for most people. I would recommend this cabin.

Family of 7 (including a toddler and dog) stayed for a long weekend and had a great experience at Sandy's home, very comfortable and clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for all of us and the location is perfect, 10-15 minutes from all the major Conway attractions while set back from the busy roads and very private. Our dog doesn't play well with others so we really enjoyed the fenced in backyard for extra peace of mind during our stay. Extra towels and linens were great, kitchen is well stocked. Ran low on S&P but we reloaded for the next guests, that seems to be a nice trend here. Sandy and Stephanie are great hosts! Very responsive and helpful and even extended late checkout for us upon request. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was the perfect place to relax after a long day of activities! 10/10 absolutely recommend and we would definitely book here again. Thanks again!

Jan’s place was exceptionally clean and well suited for our family ski trip. Everything was thoughtfully decorated and equipped for a stay of our group of 4. She even went the extra mile to communicate with me when I misplaced an item to coordinate with the cleaner and get back to me. Would definitely stay again!

Janice is super friendly and welcoming. She made the stay at cozy rock even more amazing with her guest book full of recommendations and little welcome bag. The cabin was extremely neat, clean and stocked with essentials. It was like staying at a home away from home, though I do wish my actual home was like cozy rock! Cozy rock cabin made us realize the way life should be!

Richard and Kandi's cabin and surroundings are amazing! We (two adults and two dogs) were comfortable in the cabin, which feels new and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are well organized and had all we needed. It's a tiny house but feels spacious. The woods and trails are a wonderful bonus. Richard was great to communicate with and helpful about weather and snow conditions before we arrived. He also offered great tips on exploring the trails. Black Mt and Rumford are about 20min drive. Easily our favorite Airbnb!
