Vacation rentals with a sauna in Newry

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Ace’s condo was great, had a nice view across to the mountain whereas some units did not. He was easy to communicate with as well. Looking forward to next season.

Everything was great. It would have been great to have a small refrigerator and microwave. Aside from that it was great.

We had a great time at Lorraine's! Our original hiking plans were foiled by bad weather so we were grateful to have access to the pool, hot tub, and games at the main building.

Ace was extremely responsive from start to finish. He answered questions promptly, and checked in on us during our stay. The condo itself is right across from Attitash, and my family (2 adults and 3 teens) were able to walk right over to ski lifts in the morning. We loved the flexibility that came with being walkable, so people could take lunch breaks as needed and everyone could leave for the day at different times. Our teens LOVED having their own space, and we loved not having to share a bathroom with our teens! The kitchen was well appointed, and had everything we needed from coffee maker to pots and pans. We ate out at the restaurant on premises one night, and opted to cook in for the rest of our time. We did have one issue, but Ace handled it quickly and seamlessly. We hope to stay here again next year!

Easy to follow instructions, beautiful area just 10-15 minutes from North Conway. Everything you could need provided, great amenities!

My husband and our 2 boys (11 and 9) stayed for a long weekend and I'm so thankful we happened upon this gem of a place. The location is amazing, close to lots of restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. The beds were comfortable and everything was pristine. I had asked Ace for some recommendations and he didn't disappoint and provided his favorites! We really appreciated the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi that we were able to use too. We can't wait to get back!

The place was great and cozy. My kids loved it and the setup. I would stay there again. Highly recommend it. Good communication.

Had a nice stay for a few days, easy access to North Conway, pool was a nice plus, would return!

It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

Very nice condo. Easy parking without climbing any stairs to the back condo entrance. Very convenient to the slopes. Ski locker is downstairs at the end of the building and just a few steps away from the ski path to the slope. Comfortable king bed. Large cozy couch. Modern stove and fridge. Need to take the microwave out of the cabinet to use. We enjoyed our stay.

George and Casey were responsive, helpful and welcoming. We loved this house! It had more than expected amenities and very clean. The property is so peaceful, just a lovely spot. Highly recommend!

Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

Our stay at this Airbnb for our ski trip was fantastic! The cabin was warm, inviting, and perfectly located just a short drive from the slopes. After long days on the mountain, coming back to the cozy fireplace and comfortable furnishings was exactly what we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to extra blankets and a well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a major bonus—soaking under the stars after skiing was pure bliss! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and had plenty of room for our group. Overall, this was the perfect home base for our ski adventure. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! Darryl was an amazing host, super responsive and full of great local recommendations. The place was spotless, cozy, and just a short drive to Sunday River where we skied. We loved using the sauna, hot tub, and game room, it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and we spent evenings by the fireplace with a glass of wine, enjoying the beautiful view from the terrace. The house was beautifully designed in a way that compliments the nature all around it. The natural wood work is so beautiful. The backyard view of the mountains is so magnificent. I wanted an off the grid location and with this listing, I definitely got it. Everything you pretty much need is in the house. The kitchen is very wide and spacious for family meals. The house was bigger than expected which was a plus. The sauna was perfect. Still had the newly built sauna smell. There are several trails you can hike. Just make sure to bring repellant. I got the chance to meet the owner and his wife. Very nice and hospitable people. It was a pleasure getting to know a little amount them and the ins and outs of the land. I would 100% recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back.

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

This house was perfect for our group. We loved the hot tub! The spacious living room provided us an ideal place to gather to relax in the evening. The beds were comfy and all the rooms were clean. It was a fantastic house, even when we would get lost trying to remember which direction to turn to find the bedrooms. :) Our host, Nick, was always very responsive when we had a question.
