This space is somehow even more inviting and wonderful than the photos portray. It feels spacious but cozy and has so much character and vibe and I fell in love the moment I walked in! Jean and Steve are the ultimate hosts. Attentive and so friendly, but with plenty of space. There are touches throughout that covered every need I could think of for a beautiful Taos retreat. The claw foot tub with a gorgeous view is a highlight, but the bed is also luxurious and comfy with lots of pillows and covers. And getting to sit au naturel in a hot tub under the stars is very hard to beat. The location feels so secluded at the end of a dead end road, but easy access to everything around. I will definitely be returning!

Leaping Deer Ranch had the most remarkable amenities of any place our family has ever stayed (and we’ve stayed at some incredible places.). Colin was so responsive and helpful, yet out of the way during our stay. The people on staff were amazing as well! The ranch is stunningly beautiful and worth every single penny. My only regret is that we would have stayed longer and explored the property more! We hope to be back another time.

the loft has a unique design ! everyone will love it ! super clean! kitchen and bathroom had all we needed! Christopher is very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. I wish I have the chance to go back one day! thank you for hosting us and congratulations on creating such a beautiful unique place !

Staying at Humming Grove was very comfortable and tranquil. The studio is very clean and thoughtfully decorated with lots of musical instruments that we enjoyed trying out. Melanie and Paul were very welcoming hosts and took care of all the details. We enjoyed varieties of tea that they offered and morning walk inside the sanctuary garden. We would love to stay at Humming Grove Sanctuary whenever we will visit Santa Fe again.

Id like to say thank you to Ellen for hosting us, The little John Yurt was an amazing stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice cozy little spot with everything one needs, while there is not electricity on site there is a gas powered lantern which worked wonderfully, the wood stove kept us tosty at night & the cook stove did its job making us coffee in the morning. Increadibly peaceful surroundings with amazing views. The walk in is about 1.25 miles along a nicely graded logging road, I think most anyone could easily make the walk, even children. To sum it up, we enjoyed our stay and I the wife and I will be back next time were in town. Thanks, Ellen!

Lovely home near Taos Ski Valley that is exactly as described in the listing. The home is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there were thoughtful touches throughout. The location is perfect for a quick drive to Taos Ski Valley and into town for dinner. We will definitely stay again our next trip out.

I visited from Chicago for a a fairly long stay (~12 days), and it was a great experience! The living space was very cozy and had a very usable kitchen. The views of the mountains during the morning and evening were pretty great, and the location was far enough away from people to remain quiet while still being close enough to grab groceries on a whim. Plenty of outdoor activities to do in the nearby area.

Very clean and cozy home. Instructions were clear, and they were super friendly and responsive when we asked them a question. Stargazing at night was also great. Would stay again. :)

Thanks Leslie and Lawrence… our night couldn’t have been more perfect. It was great meeting you both, the dogs, horses, and Phillip too! The place is quiet and relaxing, a great place to get away and think..(or not)! The horses were very therapeutic and friendly, along with the dogs and cat. Thanks also for taking the time to visit and tell me about the place and yourselves. All in all, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to get away and meet some good people!

Monique’s place is a gem if you like peaceful, serene, private settings. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well when necessary but the open windows were enough most of the time. It was well stocked with shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc linens and towels. She also showed us how to hook up our phones to her speakers and encouraged lots of music! On that note, the wi-fi was spotty but I wasn’t there to be connected! And Monique supplied us with fresh eggs throughout our stay. You won’t find that many places! I’d stay there again!

Leah was really communicative and responsive. The home is very clean, really pretty and nicely decorated. It served our purposes for a long weekend perfectly. We would definitely book this AirBnB again!

What can I say about this place aside from how wonderful it was to stay here? My children and I had the best time hanging in the spa, listening to music on the house speakers, and enjoying a break from our every day lives. Phil made us feel right at home, and my kiddos had a blast! Would definitely come back to enjoy the beautiful space Phil has created.

This place was very peaceful and pet friendly. We were Blessed to see beautiful animals just roaming around in the morning while we had a cup of coffee. It was close to downtown and lakes. Overall it’s a great area where you can relax not really any traffic or noise. You can go enjoy inside where it’s cozy or outside with quietness and where nature comes to visit.

Loved it, so peaceful and quiet! No service so start the maps in town, would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bunkhouse. We especially liked sitting on the porch in the evening watching the birds and enjoying a glass of wine. The house was comfortable, and the kitchen very well stocked. We got a kick out of the resident goose!

This home was beyond charming and full of nostalgia. My kids loved the games and vhs tapes. The hosts had the place warm upon our arrival making us feel right at home. The kitchen was full of everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful time. They also gave us homemade salsa as we departed. It was delicious. We highly recommend this place. ☺️

Loved the location. Trails, restaurant and nice bookstore nearby. I'd recommend the breakfast sandwiches and turkish coffee at Satellite Coffee also.

If you are looking for the perfect place to be in the woods and see lots of wildlife look no further. This place was in the perfect location as it is right next to the golf course where all the elk love to hang out. We saw lots of elk and mule deer during our stay here. The place is super welcoming and we felt right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay and explore Ruidoso!

Casita Rose was perfect! We stayed two nights while passing through during a road trip. The pictures don’t it justice. It’s such a cozy and cute place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Rebecca was a great host!

We were delighted to stay at Azaima's beautiful house. She greeted us upon arrival and made us feel immediately welcome and at home. We had a short tour of the property, including how to use the hot tub, and then were left to enjoy the premises. Peaceful natural woodlands and hills surround the house, and it is a birdwatchers paradise. The Hummingbird Suite was tastefully decorated in southwestern style, spacious, comfortable and immaculate. We enjoyed using the hot tub one evening under the stars. Azaima was helpful with restaurant suggestions and other information. She is the perfect hostess, finding the balance between being available when needed, but giving complete privacy to her guests. The photos on the listing do not do justice to this wonderful property. We would love to stay here again on a return visit to Silver City.

Perfect!! I could just stop there. There wasn't anything my wife and i didn't like about Bert's place! My only regret was i didn't get to meet Bert. My wife did twice though. Said he is very pleasant and respectful of our space. Even though she encouraged him to stop by anytime. This is exactly the tranquil, peaceful kind of place my wife and I love. We spend our short vacations in small off the path places with charm & character. Berts place was perfect. We have been to Reserve several times and love it there so that part was no surprise. This is easily the our favorite place we have stayed there though. Only other thing I'll say is if you are looking to compare to a Vegas Suite or California luxury or even expect it to be like an above average hotel this is not your place! If you are OK with just a little roughing it (no TV, no wifi - I love that) then you have likely found your place. There are so few remote, off the path places like this anymore. Awesome Bert! We'll be back!!
