The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

From your kitchen & living room window you'll have a gorgeous view of farmland from 5 different farms. Shady Lane Greenhouse is just beside the apartment so come for your spring flowers and spend a few nights on this beautiful farm. Located in New Holland, PA so you'll be close to local attractions.

Brand new hot tub just installed Dec 2024 We just finished a full house remodel in 2022 If you are looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind this house is for you. It has scenic valley views and a large private backyard, but is still within 30 minutes of the best lancaster county has to offer including Sight and Sound, Dutch Wonderland, American music theater and Strasburg railroad. Also within minutes of Shady Maple Smorgasboard and Intercourse.

There are no steps inside or outside the home, allowing for easy access to all rooms. The huge, south-facing windows allow plenty of sunlight year-round. Corn hole has been added for your enjoyment!

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions.
