Come stay with us! You will have the entire first floor to yourself but we will be right upstairs if you should need us! Access to tree lined back yard with fire pit. This lovely 3rd floor private apartment is in an 1883 Victorian Mansion in Blooming Grove, NY for 1 - 6 people. It is beautifully furnished, has luxurious beds, so let us know if you need one, two or three bedrooms! The apartment has a private entrance, a claw foot tub, French door shower, and a kitchenette with sunny breakfast nook. It's freshly renovated and spacious. You will have to take 2 staircases. Our land has a nice view of a field of wildflowers, and our neighbor has cows.

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

We appreciate how excellent Jaime and the rest of the team were. Just so you know, every request and need for an extension was accommodated. The friendly help, consideration for our travel, and needs were all met. When we needed help getting our reservation changed, it was handled beautifully, and we felt really good about every visit.

This was my second time staying with Patricia and I love it! The house itself is beautiful. The walkability to restaurants, the waterfront and the train station is excellent. Patricia and Steve are so welcoming -- and it was really nice to have tea provided in the evening and a fresh brewed pot of coffee in the morning! I look forward to staying with them again!
