My family came in for my May 24 wedding and stayed a week at Shelley’s place. They loved every minute of it. The home is newly renovated, spotless, peaceful, and just like the photos. Check-in was smooth, and Shelley was incredibly responsive and helpful. It truly felt like staying with an old friend who was not present but guided you through the process! A rare gem in the heart of New Haven, we’ll definitely be back. I appreciate you Shelley❤️

Our stay was very comfortable! We all appreciate the cleanliness of the home. The furniture, fixtures, and linens were well kept and we loved all of the natural light. Shelley provided thorough and proactive instruction and checked in midway through our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, private and well equipped. Despite the train being directly behind us, the noise was not disruptive at all !(The walls were properly insulated ) The parking was secure and private. Great location

The host was really nice and friendly. She responded to our messages really fast. The house was beautiful. Love the interiors and it’s clean too. Would definitely choose this house if we come back here again!

The place was very very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was so easy to check in, had our own security codes, and it was very quiet. Dan was extremely easy to talk to and gave a ton of recommendations about local places to eat and to visit.

Steven’s place was fantastic! He was extremely responsive and flexible with both check-in and check-out, which was so helpful while traveling with kids. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend with our two small children and a dog, and his home was incredibly accommodating. The large backyard with a fire pit was perfect for making s’mores and spending evenings outside. The place was spotless - clean and tidy in every way. It was a wonderful stay for the whole family, and we’d happily come back again.

Harry & Alicia’s spot is a gem in the heart of Litchfield County. A beautiful home, oozing with personality. Would definitely recommend for large groups as a very dynamic space with lots of privacy. Communication was top notch and the house was spotless and exactly as described/depicted. Thank you for being first class hosts.

Linda and Dick’s home was absolutely stunning, exceeding our expectations! I was graduating and we needed a place to accommodate our family for the weekend, and this lakeside home was perfect for creating cherished memories together. The spacious and well-equipped house was ideal, especially with a toddler around. My siblings enjoyed the various water activities, thanks to the available equipment. Our mom loved the ample kitchen space for cooking, and our dad had a great time fishing from the dock. Dick and Linda were incredibly responsive from the beginning and made us feel truly welcome. Our stay at Ellen’s Lake House was perfect. It was comfortable, clean and the view of the lake is amazing. My husband enjoyed fishing and we both loved being on the water. Ellen was helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The home is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed for a vacation rental. It is also set in a beautiful location with wonderful views. Our dog loved the spacious yard.and local trails. Given all of the cooking we did, we appreciated how convenient the home was to Bantam and Litchfield stores.

Semir's lovely home, located in a coastal Milford community with easy access to Yale University, exceeded expectations and was perfect for our family. The ocean views from the home's top floor and proximity to the beach were priceless; the neighborhood was quaint and quiet, and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and many extras that added to our visit, such as a flower vase. After discovering the vase, we purchased fresh flowers during a trip to town and placed them in the center of the dining room table, which made our cozy conversations and meals all the more special. Semir was easy to reach, friendly, and accommodating. We will most certainly book again in the future.
