The house is equipped with a hairdryer, all the necessary utensils for cooking, a kettle for hot tea and a capsule coffee machine. 15 minutes by car from Fiumicino airport, 10 minutes by car from the sea, 5 minutes by car from the station and excavations of Ostia Antica. 30 minutes by train to get to Rome.

The Villa offers a swimming pool for exclusive use, a large equipped garden (sun loungers, children's games, patio, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue...) and a hot tub (with an extra payment of €50 per day; currently not available). On the ground floor, double living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a large terrace with a sitting area, and 2 bathrooms. It's a great place to relax, enjoy the sun and the pool about 1 km from the sea.
