Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nettuno

A lovely, exceedingly tidy little apartment with stunning views of the lake and enormous TV screens! Very tranquil. Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as there's a steep, stone-paved path leading to the entrance (the host helped with the luggage). I wish I could have stayed longer and would certainly go back again.

Wow, what an amazing experience! What amazing Hosts, Lucilia and Anna. The pictures told half the story of the apartment. Very clean, spacious, up to date with the technology; YouTube, Prime etc. I was in Europe for 21 days with my daughter and this was by far the best Airbnb. I booked 6 BNB so I give this one a 10! Beautiful beach 2 to 5 minutes walk. I will return next year!

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

We had a wonderful time in the house, which offers everything you need for a short vacation. The hospitality of Adriana and her husband deserves special mention. They were always there to help us with their open and warm-hearted manner and also helped us with various problems. You are not only wonderful hosts, but really amazing, lovely people... please stay as you are! We traveled without a car, which we may have underestimated at times, but there are regular buses to centro di Lido Ostia (beach & harbor) and from there you can also easily get to the Roman city center. So it's just the right distance for day trips of all kind. We would like to thank you for everything, highly recommend the place and would love to come back one day.

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

Daniela and her husband were super friendly, they gave us more things than they needed to give us, they were always attentive to our needs.... The place, the house and Daniela are highly recommended.... Thank you so much, we had a spectacular family stay. Nela, Raúl y flia.

We loved our stay at Antonio’s place! They were very friendly and gave us a recommendation for some of the best pizzas we had in Italy! Super close to the bus stop for getting to the airport.

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

We lost the plane back, fortunately we met with Gionny, and I made it very easy, very good communication with Gionny. The place very close to the airport, very nice and cozy. very well communicated. thank you so much for everything :)

Great place close to the Rome airport. This was a very nice change of pace compared to the busy historic and Vatican area of Rome. Caterina also offeres rides to the airport which was key for us since our flight left at 4:45am. The view from the balcony was incredible.

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

Tenuta Capizucchi is always a guarantee. the place is fantastic, close to the city but surrounded by greenery in the Roman countryside. Very convenient for those arriving by car. A comfortable apartment with everything you need. Costel exhaustive in the explanations, friendly and available for anything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was lovely and the location is great. One thing to know is that the beach nearby is private but it doesn’t cost too much and if you do decide to visit - it’s a fantastic beach

Great place! Suitable for my family with 4 young kids. Very close proximity to airport FCO. I stayed for 1 night since need to rest near to airport after long haul flights. Place very neat & tidy. Host prepared light food for breakfast. Nearby the place walking distance you can find restaurants & shops by the waterfront. Special thanks to the host for her personal touch & waited during our check in.

Fabio’s place was great! It was clean and comfortable. Local shops for bakery and fruit were very convenient. It is a little far from the Rome attractions, but the train station is close and easy to use. If you are planning to spend time at the beach, Fabio’s place is for you. It is within walking distance to the sea and the seaside restaurants.

After a long travel day, we felt welcome and comfortable. The house was relaxing and easy to locate. Christian helped us with pickup from the airport which was stress free, easy and fast. Christian was easy to communicate with and helpful with local information. When we visit, we will choose to stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful host! We were greeted upon our arrival. Helped us with bags and told us about the amenities and restaurant recommendations. Very kind and welcoming. Elevator is a great thing to have. And the location is perfect! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and tons of restaurants.

We really enjoyed the last two nights of our 3 week Italian honeymoon in Monika's beautiful apartment! It was very spacious and comfortable and the location was great with a market and good restaurant just steps away. The archaeological park is just a short walk away, and is truly an amazing experience! Monika was a gracious and lovely host, always responsive and there to greet us on arrival and see us off the morning we left. Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Great stay, the views are impressive from the apartment. The accommodation itself is very pleasant.
