Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us plenty of little tips to ensure that our stay went smoothly. The space was spacious and impeccable. The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the accommodation as well as a large supermarket. It's very convenient.

I rented David’s place for the last day of our stay so we could be near the airport. We were able to arrange pickup from the airport easily for a small fee. The place its self was clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated the welcome book with advise on places to eat or go as your are outside of the city a bit. The bikes were great to have around and riding into the town was a lot of fun. Be careful if you get the blue bike, the seat was had something sharp in it but I made it work and was happy to have the easy transport. Overall would highly recommend

The stay met expectations perfectly. The home is comfortable, clean, parking right outside the door, near the beach. The host is friendly and helpful. We spent little time there according to the itinerary, we would love to stay longer:)

Saverio’s place was a dream! A private location amongst the fields of Rocca di Papa near Rome. We spent 4 days here with the family, cooked, played bocce and swam in the amazing infinity pool. We could not recommend this place more! There’s also a tiny Cheese shop 10min from the house the sells the most amazing mozzarella you’ll ever eat! Cannot wait to come back here, maybe later in the year!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available when we had questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was off-season). In the residential complex, everything is a bit outdated, but that does not detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. This is the real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. One little thing disturbed us a little. Outside the residential complex and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty... there was garbage everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside the Italian vacation season. The city center of Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you arrive early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxing two weeks.

I stay in an oasis of peace within a golf club, the house is surrounded by nature. Comfortable, clean apartment with all services. The owners are always available. Absolutely recommended for both leisure and business trips.

We spent a month in the apartment. We had such a good time. The apartment was great. It was modern and fresh. The beds were very nice. The view of the valley was amazing and the pool was really nice. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Please be mindful to follow the instruction on how to drive to arrive at the apartment. Cathy's instruction is very clear and follow it because then you get it right. We did it and it turned out very well. GPS shows a different route. Cathy and Malcolm are very helpful and nice. Absolutely a super host! We are so happy with our stay!

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We were generally very happy with the space. Paolo is super nice and right there in case of problems. He recommended a few restaurants to us. The outdoor area of the place is super nice, we used the hot tub and it was really great. Overall, we were really satisfied and would definitely go again 😊

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

The owner was kind and responded quickly. The surroundings are quiet, and you can enjoy great views and meals just a short drive away. I had a problem with my car while I was staying, and the owner called his friends to fix it. I was so grateful that I tried to repay you, but The owner didn't want it. I was just relieved that it was resolved. I was relieved. I've been to several countries with Airbnb, but this was the best host. I'll remember it for the rest of my life.

I stayed at this wonderful place for 3 nights. It's in front of the beach, which makes this accommodation even better. It's not far from Rome, so you can stay here and enjoy the beach and the sun, and also go and visit the city of Rome. The place was very clean and tidy and comes with everything you need. The host is absolutely wonderful, very friendly and always attentive to anything you need, be it coffee, clean towels, snacks or anything else. I felt very safe and comfortable in this accommodation, I really felt at home, so I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip 😊☺️☺️

Illaria's villa is the best choice if you need something really private, peaceful, with big green yard and a cosy little house. Our furry family members were also warmly welcomed! It is 7 min car drive to the beach (a wide and long coastline with everything you need) and 45 min drive to Colosseum. If you come by car you have a very secure and locked parking slot on the territory which is also priceless :) Can't wait to come back again!

Our stay for more than 1 month was amazing! The house is huge, it has a piano and a game room with ping pong table that we used a lot! It has really nice bedrooms, living rooms and places to hang. The house was very clean and the owner insisted on cleaning the house ones a week to change sheets and cleaning the bathroom in each bedroom. My only little downgrade was that the Kitchen is a little small but well equipped and clean. Much recommended!

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).
