It's a great place to relax, enjoy the sun and the pool about 1 km from the sea.

The farmhouse is located 10 minutes from Nemi with its Lake, 15 minutes from Albano and Castel Gandolfo, only 30 minutes from the sea.

On request there is a cot and/or cot for the double bedroom and a fifth openable bed in the living room. Parking is easy and free in the street in front.

It has a large garden where adults can relax and children can play in complete freedom and safety. There is a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven in the garden.
