On the ground floor, double living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a large terrace with a sitting area, and 2 bathrooms. It's a great place to relax, enjoy the sun and the pool about 1 km from the sea.

Villa di design, full optionals, con 3 distinte camere da letto doppie , puo' accogliere fino a 13 ospiti con divani-letti e letti mobili aggiuntivi .

Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!

On the first floor there is a double and a twin room, both with balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub. On request there is a cot and/or cot for the double bedroom and a fifth openable bed in the living room. Parking is easy and free in the street in front.

The house, 80 square meters, has two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The house is located in a quiet area 2 km from the sea and the center of Nettuno. It has a large garden with a swimming pool where adults can relax and children can play freely and safely. There is a barbecue and wood-burning oven in the garden.
