Sehr schönes Apartment.Besonders das Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse haben mir gut gefallen Es fehlt nichts .Die Gastgeber waren toll .Sehr hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut zu erreichen

Stare a casa e nel terrazzo è stato davvero molto piacevole anche se solo per una notte e un giorno. Ci torneremo!

Massimo’s apartment was a beautiful, peaceful oasis of cool for a few very hot days in Rome. It was lovely to come out of Rome on the train and only have a short walk back home with the welcome relief of a/c to turn on. Massimo and his son were wonderful hosts, meeting us and showing us round the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed us the way to a very good restaurant and Massimo even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport, which was quite a bit cheaper than an Uber. We would definitely recommend them if you want to be a little bit out of town.

L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto: pulito, ordinato e molto semplice da raggiungere. Al mio arrivo ho trovato l’ambiente già fresco e piacevole, grazie all’aria condizionata accesa, un dettaglio davvero apprezzato dopo il viaggio. È stato un soggiorno comodo e senza intoppi — consigliatissimo!

appartamento moderno, spazioso, comodo, pulitissimo e accogliente, in ottima posizione anche per la dotazione di parcheggio libero proprio di fronte a casa. A pochi chilometri da Sermoneta e Ninfa. Host gentile e disponibile per un check in fuori orario e immediato nelle risposte. Quindi consigliamo assolutamente, grazie da Anna Pia e Maurizio

Perfect spot!

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Esperienza splendida! La casa di Valentino va ben oltre le aspettative. Pulita, ordinata, elegante e completa di tutto. Peccato averci passato solo una notte, torneremo sicuramente. Se volete passare dei giorni romantici di totale relax, la casa di Valentino é perfetta.

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Very friendly and helpful host. The place is exactly as advertised and located in a quiet place. The beaches are very easily reachable by foot.

I was a little skeptic when I booked the place the photos looked too good and thought it might not be as good, happy to say I was wrong, the place looked even better than the pictures and the view was spectacular. You are on the beach, there is nothing in between. We were there Mon-Tue so I am not sure if its less crowded in general or just our luck. We were there on the beach whole day and it was a pleasant experience, lot of other families around, some kids playing around but it never got loud - all in all - it was spectacular. There is an airport near by, which was also a reason we selected the place (as we were flying out of that airport) however, it was never a bother. Andrea was responsive and always asking how she could make the stay better and except for staying longer there was no concerns. If you are a beach person I recommend this place!!!

Great location right on the beach. Host quickly responded to questions asked and even let us check in early. The location is right next to a bar/restaurant which had live music to listen to in the evening. It was a little loud with the music and the airplanes flying overhead, but we didn't mind and loved being right next to the ocean.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Schöne Wohnung in absoluter zentraler Lage. Man muss wissen, dass es 70 Stufen bis zur Wohnung sind. Tolle große Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer durch die zentrale Lage natürlich nachts am Wochenende, nicht leise was nicht so gut war, war das zweite Bett ( die die ausziehbare Couch war, nicht optimal für den Rücken) alles klar Kühlschrank Gefrierfach…. Wir sind mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zur Wohnung gefahren und zurück und haben uns vor Ort mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fortbewegt. Schwimmen waren wir dann am Bagno Batitsta.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Lugnt och fridfullt område. Boendet var mindre än vi väntat oss, men passade oss perfekt. Sängarna var jättesköna. Stranden var precis utanför altangrinden, underbar fin sandstrand. Det finns en liten affär precis vid lägenheten, och Abdul som jobbade där var otroligt hjälpsam. Eftersom kommunikationerna var dåliga så skjutsade han oss de gånger vi ville åka någonstans. Om vi någonsin kommer tillbaka till Torvaianica, så kommer vi garanterat bo här igen.
