Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nassau County

We loved this place! It felt like home from the moment we walked in. The location is perfect and it's super clean - exactly like the photos. But the real highlight is the backyard - it was perfect for my 3-year-old's birthday photos! Charmaine is a great host too, she's super responsive and made everything easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is newly renovated and was perfect for our family of 4 + 1 for a travel sporting event. Her home was very clean and had all of the necessary dishes and utensils for us to cook meals at home. If you have young kids, she provides lots of kid friendly utensils, crafts, necessities. The location was so great for walking to restaurants, parks and the train, literally 2 blocks or less. Lillian was very communicative and helpful. A lot of extras were provided (nice shampoo/conditioner, kitchen basics, etc) so it really was helpful when traveling far from home. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so next year when we are back in town!

Staying at Bruce's was very cozy. we had all that we needed for the 1.5 nights we were there. Bruce was very responsive and helpful to all of our requests and needs. would love to come back sometime.

Frank was wonderful to communicate with! The place was beautiful and quiet. Beautiful kitchen area, comfortable bed, and close to places to eat. We had a wonderful stay there. I would stay here again!

This rental includes a large backyard patio. With shaded and sunny areas it was a great spot to relax. The apartment was clean and well stocked for our stay and the host kindly checked in with us to be sure we arrived and found everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

As a super host myself I found Leonardo's place very generous having 3 double bed available for 6 guests. Free parking in a nice Neighbourhood. close to main railway station/shops/airport (some aircraft noise)we all liked it being an old traditional American home, plenty of hot water very clean,pure white bedding and towels, had a warm welcome on arrival from Leonardo who lives above the accommodation, we would stay there again. Great job from a 5 star Host. Best wishes David and Family

I stayed at this Airbnb in Farmingdale for a wedding this past weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was super convenient and easy to find. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Rosa was communicative, friendly, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Farmingdale or nearby towns!

Lovely place and quiet too! From the moment we walked in, smelled clean and linens did too!

The place was perfect for me and two friends that were visiting for two nights of The Avett Brothers at The Capital Theatre in Port Chester. Walk to the train was minutes. All we needed was beds and a bathroom so this was great. No complaints. Elizabeth was very responsive and accommodating with early check in. Quiet area. Two thumbs up!

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, curated thoughtfully, attention to detail, every comfort you could want and more. I was best man for a wedding, and this served as home base for the wedding party. They all also got air bnbs in NYC and it was just an onslaught on complaints - this air bnb was nothing but rave review. A big part of that was the host, Anthony. Anthony was extremely accomodating, responsive, generous, thoughtful, proactive - and kind. I am 100% going to be looking to stay here every time I come to NYC, I feel no desire to go anywhere else or even consider a hotel. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. 10/10!!!!

Extremely nice play! The host was very accommodating and nice. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and even extended our time there. The boardwalk is quick walk away and I enjoyed morning runs in the area. I would definitely recommend the stay

Beautiful place, functional. clear and efficiently laid out. Easy to access with Subway and buses, many shop and restaurants within a short walking distance. Ann was very responsive and helpful before, and during the stay. Only challenge was to find a nearby parking stop when arriving late at night but this is to be expected in NYC.

check in was seamless, and the property was very clean and a good size for 4 adults. hosts very responsive. it was nice to have the option of getting a ferry from new jersey into new York and the restaurants and cafes in the area are much more affordable than nyc and equally as good! after long days out in nyc, it can take a while to get back to the property via bus in the evening, which was a bit tiring, but for the price we paid when compared to hotels in nyc, it was fair enough!
