The home is lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. I wish we had more time to enjoy the peaceful back yard. It was beautiful! When I had a question Brenda responded quickly. If you need a place to stay in Pendleton, I highly recommend.

Home worked out ideal for us over Thanksgiving. Location was easy to access, Ben was very responsive and proactive in his communication. No issues at all during our stay. Will definitely utilize this location in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely and comfortable home in Marion, Indiana. The house was extremely clean, with an excellent shower, nice equipped kitchen and a peaceful, relaxing environment—just what we needed. It was the perfect place to unwind after visiting our son’s future school. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip! Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

We enjoyed staying at Mary's home while visiting Ball State. Location is 5 minutes from campus, lots of restaurants and shopping close to home. The home is in a safe neighborhood, nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked with what you would need. Comfortable beds and a hot shower, what more can you ask for. We would stay here again.

My daughter and I wanted to see the Bob Ross museum. We had a great time. It was available for one night which you can't find all the time. There's is a nice park across the street. We were a 5 minute drive from restaurants and town. Bonus, there was sling TV and I was able to waych NCAA games.

This is the second time we've stayed here and it's super close to the convention center but out of the way. Downtown is super close and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

The Nest was a nice place. I stayed for 3.5 weeks. Close to restaurants and stores. Very convenient location. Caitlin was a really flexible host. I extended my stay twice and it was no issue. Would recommend for anyone needing a long term stay.
