Kazem house had lots of space and was very nice. I recommend staying here if you get a chance.

Our stay at Tonya’s place was very nice. It was easy to find and she was very responsive and communicated well about our checkin and any questions we had. I would stay here again. It is a little bit outside of the city, but not a terrible drive to restaurants and campus.

We absolutely loved the cute, clean, roomy farmhouse! Our family & extended family were all able to stay with us to allow for some really great family time! We loved the large kitchen table, comfortable bedrooms and large kitchen! Overall, a really great experience! We would definitely stay here again!

Such a peaceful and cozy environment. Stayed here from Miami FL to attend the Ball State University graduation ceremony. I was an online student so this was my first time in Muncie. This place was the perfect distance from everything you’ll need. The home was clean, organized, and it pretty much has everything you’ll need in case you forget essentials back home. Had a chance to meet Tim as he took the dogs for a walk and he was very welcoming and attentive. Definitely recommend this place if a peaceful getaway is what you’re looking for. The stay was wonderful and everything we were looking for in a “home away from home”. The house was clean upon arrival, all appliances worked, and the neighborhood is quiet!

Ashley’s home worked out great for our family’s 4-day trip to Muncie. The house and amenities were exactly as described and the home was super clean when we arrived. The WiFi and smart tvs worked great and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to make meals. The game room was a huge plus, and we had fun playing air hockey and foosball with our boys. The neighborhood is quiet, seemed very safe, and conveniently located. Would absolutely rent again.

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

Had a wonderful older white cottage aesthetic and was a fascinating place to stay. Kitchen had many things provided compared to other places. Not too big but perfect amount of space and cozy. Would recommend!

This was our first time and couldn't have been gotten a better host. Cecily and her family went above and beyond talking through the process and even personally making sure we were situated well. Everything was as described, however we found it to be even feel even more comfortable that we could imagined. They make sure you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay. I will forever be grateful, we even extended our stay.

The Nest was a nice place. I stayed for 3.5 weeks. Close to restaurants and stores. Very convenient location. Caitlin was a really flexible host. I extended my stay twice and it was no issue. Would recommend for anyone needing a long term stay.
