Our stay at Tonya’s place was very nice. It was easy to find and she was very responsive and communicated well about our checkin and any questions we had. I would stay here again. It is a little bit outside of the city, but not a terrible drive to restaurants and campus.

Ashley and Linda were great! We had a very early morning water issue & they got back to me quickly & helped get it resolved. I was a little bummed the bed canopy that is in the photos was not in the room. Location was great for what we needed and it was a cute little place.

Meeka’s home was great and exactly what we needed for a place to stay when traveling to the indy 500!

Had a peaceful week in this beautiful condo. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful complex with a beautiful view of the lake just a few yards from the back door.

Very convenient and central location situated close to Ball State and across the street from the newly renovated walking/biking trail Tastefully updated house with new appliances Marina was responsive in her communications and the whole process was smooth and straightforward Would recommend for anyone visiting family in the area looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Cynthia’s place is much better than the photos and the description. Whether you’re a family or a group of friends looking to get away from the city or just traveling nearby, you will not be disappointed. The property has a charm that’s hard to describe. The early morning mist rising from the pond which has a viewing deck is perfect for the first cup of coffee or evening sittings. The backyard has a fully equipped grill with all amenities needed for the perfect BBQ. The serene and green surroundings make it an ideal stress reliever. All this while having the warmth off a family home and not some cooperate property. Cynthia and her family went above and beyond to make ourselves feel right at home. From timely responses too helpful tips too being one off the most accommodating hosts we’ve stayed with. The hospitality is truly unmatched. Can’t wait to visit again.

Juliens place was perfect for our needs. The house has great character. My kids and husband loved the game room. bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals! would definitely book again.
