Vacation rentals in Muncie

This is our 3rd stay. Patrick has been a great host since day one. He is professional, attentive , and great to work with. This house has been perfect for me and my family of 6 (Pug included). It is well furnished, with added furnishings with each stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, safe, and in a great location. Thank you Patrick for your hospitality!

I enjoyed my stay at Cody's - it was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Cody was always quick to respond to any messages I sent. Would stay here again.

Host literally thought of everything a guest might need! The home is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Appliances worked properly. The home was well lit and easy to find day or night. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was what we expected and more. Plenty of room for all 5 of us and could have included more family. The house was clean and she had a nice gift waiting for us upon arrival. We would definitely consider booking again when we come back in town to visit our family.

This was a great place to stay for a group who wanted a good amount of space. The house was very clean and Crystal communicated very well.

We absolutely loved the cute, clean, roomy farmhouse! Our family & extended family were all able to stay with us to allow for some really great family time! We loved the large kitchen table, comfortable bedrooms and large kitchen! Overall, a really great experience! We would definitely stay here again!

I’ve paid substantially more for substantially less. Price is average for me l prefer a bit more upscale than the $89 a night joints. I fully intend to reappear next year for my second reunion with my Marine buddy. WE had an awesome time, first rental that l could run multiple Xbox consoles simultaneously. High speed internet is the real deal. And the kitchen is great as well. I love this place. My buddy says he votes Five Stars as well.

Tony was very responsive with communications. He really made us feel welcomed and he let us know that if we needed anything, to let him know. Tony shoveled the snow around the entrance to the unit before we got there and he shoveled early the next morning before we got up. He also scrapted the ice and snow off of our rental Jeep early that morning too. Thank you again, Tony!

Can’t say enough how cute & quaint this place is. The pictures don’t do it justice. So many little “extras” to make the stay even better! If wedding parties / guests of the Barn down the road aren’t staying here, they’re missing out. This little home is awesome!

Very comfortable house perfect for a large group. Clean, nicely ronnovated and great communication from the host. Home is also walkable to some decent restaurants and shops.
