The house is in a quite neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Rachel was very prompt in answering questions.

Great place. Very comfortable.

We were in the area for a college sporting event and needed a comfortable stay with a fenced in yard for our little dog. The home itself is older as most are in the area, however this team has done a wonderful job mixing period charm with modern amenities. We had a couple questions and concerns and they were responded to quickly, this team cares about the experience We would book again if coming through the area again.

The photos don't do Lori's home justice. It is so comfy and cozy and the perfect place to relax. It's centrally located and in a nice little neighborhood. The beds were comfy and the bathroom is a nice size. Lori was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Joes place was everything and more than listed. 10/10 recommend for your future stay. Joe was proactive in his communication and made himself to be available as needed however everything was clear and in order. The house was nicely set up and decorated. Extremely spacious for your stay. Comfort to a whole new level and the drive way huge and leads out to the main road for easy departures. The environment/surroundings was peaceful and safe with no issues or concerns.

Stay was great as always. Very comfy and lots of room. All the amenities that you need. This is our third year staying at Briannas. We will be back next year.

Jonathan was very attentive and accommodating as advertised neighbors were very respectful the space was very clean and accommodating the ambiance was very peaceful would definitely be the place I stay when in Indy

Overall great experience. The place was exactly as described. Very clean and well maintained. Welcome snacks like cookies, chips, coffee and bottled water were so nice after a long day. The neighborhood felt safe and the owners immediately answered their phone the one time we needed to contact them. Great value and highly recommended.

Stayed for a week in this apartment, clear instructions on how to enter and exit, friendly host who messaged during the stay to ensure everything was as expected. Great location to walk to everything in downtown Indy, and surrounded by great nightlife. Clean apt with good amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

The pictures and descriptions don't do justice to how cute this gem in Garfield Park is in person! Sitting in the little enclosed porch looking at the park and drinking coffee in the morning was the perfect way to start the day! close to so many things, and the place was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. can't love this place enough.

My stay was a great positive experience. The accommodations were just as advertised and.the location was perfect for me. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet while the accommodations were comfortable and home like.

Accommodations were very nice. It was very clean and very spacious for two people. Leaving out snacks was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Indy. Communication was excellent and all instructions were clear. Weather wasn’t conducive but there was a nice patio overlooking the river

I had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place! The atmosphere was amazing, and everything was exceptionally clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find my favorite seasonings already stocked when I made dinner. While the bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the train noise woke me up, I still had a great experience overall. I also lost my diamond earring during my stay and reached out to Andrea afterward—she went above and beyond to help me find it!

Nice little basement studio in an old building with all the requisite old building charm. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and the kitchenette had all the necessary stuff for cooking and eating. It was definitely a safe walking area during the day, and a comfortable one mile walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

This place is beautiful and spacious, Joanne is friendly and helpful (and sometimes downstairs at the chocolate shop), and flexible. Highly recommended, especially if you need access to Carmel.

I was Anderson for the week working locally. This space was perfect for me. It’s an older home that has been thoughtfully renovated into multiple apartments for short term rental. The house was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Roku TV and internet were great perks. Thank you!

This place is super cute! I loved the decor and the view we had. The beds are quite firm, which was not comfortable for me but another guest I traveled with enjoyed them. I do wish there were more blankets! Unlocking the apartment door is kind of tricky. You have to jiggle it a bit. We never saw the neighbors so I can’t provide any insight on them. Great stay, great location!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and homie. We also loved the uniqueness of the place and they accepted our baby Ginger “our dog”.
