Vacation rentals with a pool in Mothers Beach

Eric’s Airbnb was truly amazing!! I stayed with my family to visit Disneyland, and this place is 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to Disneyland, so it was very convenient!! Also, hot tub and pool were very easy to use, and we really enjoyed the stay!

This place was so great for a hang with friends. The spaciousness of the backyard with the pool allowed for such an enjoyable and relaxing time.

I can't say enough good things about our stay with Riki! The house is beautiful, well maintained, super clean and so spacious. The pool is great and heating it is worth every penny. The NoHo location was perfect for everything we had planned during our trip. Communication was great throughout our stay. We'd love to rent again the next time we visit!

Perfect location with easy access to major attractions including Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Griffith Observatory. The property's kids' play area and swimming pool were absolute favorites with our children. We had a wonderful family getaway and would definitely book this place again for future visits!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. The pool was great! I loved that they had toiletries, made it so easy to check in late and not have to immediately unpack. if we needed anything, Carmen responded within minutes! The drive to Disney was a BREEZE! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay in one of their units. Clean, well equipped, and has character! I enjoyed the Hollywood glam theme of this apartment. Terrific location for visiting my daughter at college and for enjoying the fantastic restaurants in the Arts District. Thanks again!

My Fiance and I came out here to celebrate their birthday, along with few of our friends. The airbnb had so much to offer. I loved how everything around us was close by. You could literally take a 5 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. In addition, our host Christian was always attentive and polite. Whenever we had a question about anything, his speedy response was always appreciated. I will definitely be coming back, so I can enjoy more of the airbnb and it's surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Shant was a great host, answered messages instantly! His place was perfect for our stay in LA, very spacious and clean and really well appointed! It was great to have a parking space as we had our car and had to drive a lot while we were there. Only hiccup was the parking garage key but we worked around it. Couple things to note, the parking garage is in a different building across the street. And the bedroom is not completely sealed from the rest of the apartment. It was no issue for us but others may want to note.

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

This home is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet, private area—perfect for a peaceful getaway. My family and I truly enjoyed the spacious layout, swimming in the pool, and preparing meals together. Everything was clean, well-organized, and made for a wonderful stay.

Wow, what a luxurious, serene and private space! Although the beautiful, lush gardens and sunny pool with hot tub area are shared with the main home, we felt all alone to enjoy it solely for ourselves. David was very responsive to help out with anything that we needed. The lower floor apartment was very comfortable for two persons and stocked with everything that you would need to nestle-in or come-and-go in a quintessential Hollywood Hills neighborhood.

Gina's house was a great place to host our friend getaway for a long weekend. We were in town for a wedding and 5 of us shared the house. Everything about the house matched how it was advertised, with the pool being the biggest highlight. In between our wedding plans, we spent virtually every waking minute at the pool and it was lovely. The backyard feels like your own little private getaway. There are privacy fences around the entire perimeter, but then additional shrubs/trees that make you feel even more confined in the space. We felt like we were totally alone back there and we really loved that. The place is walkable to a handful of coffee places/restaurants/etc, and only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to just about any place in Pasadena. Gina was helpful, responsive, proactive in reaching out/sending check-in instructions, etc. We had a great time and would stay again!!

We had a lovely and very comfortable stay at Alison's. It is a peaceful safe quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shops. She has taken a lot of care in decorating and making it feel like a home with nice touches. Full kitchen so you can cook and enjoy eating outside. Lots of places to relax around the pool. Parking on the property is a big plus but there is also lots of street parking. Alison was very quick to respond and I would highly recommend this property.

Had everything we needed. Nicely designed and comfortable.
