Where do I start...from before I arrived, up until my departure...Joanne was attentive in every way possible. All my questions were answered with an immediate response. The home was extraordinary. The effort Joanne has put in to making it just like home shows. With an abundance of whimsical touches. Up until the day I left, I would see a new thing. As if the enchanting home wasn't enough, the back patio is a place of serenity...with the sounds and view of the river extraordinary. I could go on and on, but I will just say, "it was the best vacation I have ever had". One word describes this Airbnb...AMAZING!!!🩷. I will return next year! Didn't want to leave!!! 😊 Thank you Joanne for your exemplary hospitality!

Leslie and Chris' home was amazing. Everything from the house decor to the beautiful landscaped outdoors, you felt like you escaped somewhere magical. The home is packed with everything you would need or want -- games for the kids, extra towels, each and ever bbq utensil you'd need. We made use of so many wonderful amenities - the wood fired sauna, the pizza oven, the grill and more. What really made this place special was Leslie and Chris' hospitality -- from the welcome basket to the routine check-ins. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt as comfortable as possible.

Location was amazing. It was more than enough space for our crew of 10 and 3 levels of living space and made you feel like you were in a separate house. Its a super fun house for families that like to play games and enjoy time together. We never felt the need to leave the house to go out to a bar or restaurant. And although it was fully disclosed that it is a shared space, it was still a little weird to have people in other units that were attached and hearing them do their laundry right on the other side of your bedroom door.

We visited Michael’s place for a long weekend stay and had a wonderful time! Quiet, peaceful, safe location with beautiful river views. The location was perfect — far enough out of town to feel out of the way but close enough for easy access. Clean and comfortable, overall a fantastic stay.

Wonderful stay in the Vermont countryside. My husband and I enjoyed a quiet, peaceful getaway and many local trails were an easy drive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! The EV charger was also super handy for our car.

We stayed at Judi’s house (6 adults & 2 kids) for the weekend & had the absolute best time. Easy to find, clear & easy instructions, & Judi is so nice! The views/location and amenities made for the perfect relaxing weekend, while also being a short drive from Lake Placid. We wouldn’t have changed a thing, & would definitely recommend/return!

Highly recommended space and host! Kurt is hands down an A+ super host! We arrived in Burlington in the evening with having another Airbnb reservation that we found not to be a good fit for us! Frantically searching for other Airbnb accommodations for the night, several hosts had availability but showed no urgency to help us. Kurt literally stopped what he was doing to go and turn lights and heat on for us. He also left water, a couple beers, and creamer in the fridge for our morning coffee, which too was provided. The space is exactly how it was pictured. Clean, uncluttered, and beautiful! Kurt’s place has great location in a charming quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower was also great to have! Finding this place last minute was the cherry on top of our amazing Burlington experience….and we will be back! One of the most accommodating airbnbs I have ever stayed at. From the granola bars in a basket, to different types of coffee, to all the spices available, to even having different shower products. The cabin itself was wonderful and serene, but more than that Don was incredibly kind and helpful for the duration of my stay. He respected my privacy while also being available whenever needed and very communicative. He would check up on me as I was solo traveling but also recommending spots to eat or hike and telling stories of a life well lived. His friendliness never waivered, even letting me borrow crampons and a giant thermos for when some unexpected snow hit. Every aspect of my stay was incredible and a large part of that has to do with how amazing of a host and person Don is. I very much intend on returning after the experience I had!
