Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

We had an excellent stay at Eddy's place. Eddy is an extremely responsive and helpful. He personally came to pick us up at the train station which was very sweet. The location of the house is perfect just a 5 min walk from the train station and also very near to all the main tourist locations. The house is on the first floor without a lift so you have to carry the luggage up, but eddy himself helped in carrying the luggage which I felt was very nice of him. The house was also well equipped and exactly like mentioned in the description. I would definitely recommend Eddy as an excellent host and Eva's place for a holiday in Florence. Great apartment clean and everything you need. On a dead end street so it’s quiet. A bit of a walk to the center but lots of bicycles around so that makes it easy. The host was extremely responsive, answered my texts within minutes. Note that it’s a second floor (usa first floor, 1 flight of stairs) so if you’re older with heavy luggage or have difficulty climbing stairs with suitcases it may be a challenge. I’d definitely rent this place again.

Stefano’s apartment in the center of Florence was the perfect apartment for my friends and I during our trip. The location is perfect for anyone who plans to walk around all day and have the perfect centered home for breaks in between. Stefano and Valerio had the best recommendations and made our stay feel right at home. I would stay here again and again on my next visits! Can’t recommend it enough

Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The location is walkable to the city center, the complex is safe and clean, and the room is gorgeous. Everything was so clean and comfortable! Also, Alessandro was a very kind and accommodating host.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights in April and it matched the pictures exactly. The place is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the property. A small negative point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning, it was quite humid in the room, so clothes were slightly damp in the morning. In the shower, there were no shelves for shower gel and no towel holder. Despite these little things, it was a very pleasant stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

We stayed in the apartment for a full month. We felt at home very quickly. It is perfectly equipped. I would highlight the kitchen and all its utensils. The radiator heating works very well, even on cold days; together with the double glazing, it maintains a very comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. The door is reinforced, which makes you feel very safe. The location is a few minutes' walk from the historic center. The Plaza Libertad area seemed very quiet and less noisy to stay in. Very convenient access from the airport or train station, thanks to the proximity to the tram (only 50 meters away). Marco's communication and kindness were unbeatable. Without a doubt, it will be our accommodation in Florence the next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you!

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. We will be back if life provides the opportunity.

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Lorenzo is a very nice guy, extremely helpful. First, we were able to enjoy his culinary self-made welcome greetings, terrific! A great help was the self-written tourist guide with his personal Tips on the highlights from nearby but also from surrounding regions. On a ridge, in a beautiful property, lies the pretty Small Villa, which only appears small on the outside due to its dreamy location on the hillside. Inside it is very spacious with high ceilings and flooded with light through the large glass surfaces. Lots of greenery all around (currently with a wonderful play of colors and the scent of wisteria). Premium is the view from the terrace - but I preferred the view from the gate to the northwest. In love with the valley. The 10 steps are a 'must have' at sunset. Whether the sea, Florence or San Gimignano - nothing more than an hour's drive away. If you are looking for peace away from the tourists, San Miniato is definitely recommended. Definitely book! Mille Grazie Lorenzo

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

This is a beautiful home in Tuscany and Nada is a lovely host. We will definitely come back!

A fantastic place in an excellent environment. The apartment can be described as stylish, pleasant, functional. The beds are comfortable, clean. The bathrooms and showers are fine. We could find also refreshments on arrival. The location is very favourable. You get everywhere by foot: railway station 20 min, Uffici 7 min, Dome 13 min. Some minor problems that can be easily fixed: the kitchen table had signs of intentional violence, the two irons we found were both broken, visibly damaged. We could also find only a few teaspoons. Internet was a bit slow. We were told to get instructions and more information via a QR-code. The code was not functioning nor the attached browser address. But there was also a physical folder with information that we found unfortunately only on the last day. As a conclusion: very recommendable.

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

Cosimo's apartment was wonderful. Visually, the exposed brickwork and wooden beams gave it a rustic feel but with contemporary furniture and a modern bathroom. Cosimo was there to great us on arrival and made the check-in process very easy. It was useful being on the ground floor (we walked from the train station with our luggage, which took about 20 minutes, and felt grateful not to have any stairs to climb). It was within walking distance of all the main sites in Florence and in a really beautiful part of town. We heard a few people walking past at night time once or twice, but no one particularly rowdy. The area is generally quiet and peaceful, despite being so centrally located. We would highly recommend Cosimo's apartment and would definitely come back here again.

Incredible apartment - spacious, spotless and looks even better than in the photographs! Finished with a unique combination of classical wall decorations and modern fixtures and furnishings. The location is fantastic. An easy walk from the train station, if you choose to do so, and just steps away from the Piazza del Duomo. In the heart of everything Florence has to offer. And you could not ask for better hosts than Simona and Jacopo. Super responsive and very helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Florence, look no further - you’ve found it here. A five star property all the way!

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Great location, very walkable and easy to access! Right in the heart of things. We were kept up one night by tenants over us, we could hear them walking around loudly and moving chairs and tables after 1 am. We told Sabrina and she helped out by messaging the owner of the property. It was quieter the next night.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena is a very considerate host! Received us with great affection, allowed the early check in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, near the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street of the building, the two nearest. Clean apartment, clean bed linen and all comfortable! It was a great stay! I highly recommend it!
