WENT FOR A FAMILY CELEBRATION FOR THANKSGIVING WEEKEND. THE HOUSE WAS INCREDIBLY STUNNING, GREAT ENTERTAINMENT AREAS, PLENTY OF SEATING, BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE END OF NOVEMBER, WE STILL WERE ABLE TO USE ALL THE OUTSIDE AMENITIES, THE OUTDOOR BAR, SEATING AREA, FIRE PIT, THE HEAT LAMPS WERE PERFECT & UNEXPECTED. THE OUTDOOR AREA WAS AS AMAZING AS INSIDE. THE HOUSE WAS BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED, WOULD HAVE TO SAY PERFECTION! CANNOT WAIT TO GO STAY AGAIN. THANK YOU TO NATHANIA, YOU'RE COMMUNICATION WITH US WAS QUICK & GREATLY APPRECIATED! LOVED EVERY MINUTE!

This was my second time staying at this beautiful home on Copake Lake and this stay was even better than the first! We had two families of 5 and found the home to have plenty of space to all come together as well as spaces for quiet time alone. The road to the home was well maintained despite snowy/rainy/icy conditions. It was a breeze to get to and from Catamount ski resort. We cooked all of our meals in the home and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. My kids are now begging to go back during the summer when the lake is not frozen solid. We will definitely recommend this home to others and hope to be back again!

I’ve stayed in many Air BnBs and this was the top! Charming, beautiful, homey, there was a Christmas tree with games and puzzles under it and a fantastic gas fireplace. So cosy. Jenai was nice, responsive and accommodating. It was great during the winter but I can’t wait to stay there in spring or summer when the lake isn’t frozen. 5 stars across the board!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this place. Beautiful to watch the snow through the large living room windows. We’d definitely return!

Absolutely meticulously maintained and gorgeous! Every detail has been thought of to maximize your stay. Fluffy towels, cozy blankets, fire starters, s’mores supplies… just perfect!

What we needed was really just a "heads in the bed" type situation as we had plans that were to keep us away from the house most of the day but really the place was very homey and lovely to come back to. Everything was just as described. The hosts were flexible and offered early check-in/late check-out unprompted which was nice to have some time to relax the day we checked out. Overall it was a great stay!

Kate and Greg have a lovely, spacious, and comfortable home in a private and scenic setting close to Great Barrington. Ideal holiday getaway. We were impressed by how much room we had to spread out and have privacy for 8 guests while still feeling cozy. The hot tub and fireplace were nice touches. The price was also very reasonable - we picked this over a similar Airbnb in the same area that was 50% more expensive with fewer beds! Thanks Kate and Greg for a no nonsense amenity filled stay.

The house was perfect for 2 couples. It was simple, clean, private, attractive. We loved the decor. It was convenient to a great grocery store and restaurants, yet quiet and private.

The cottage was easy to check into, clean, and very cozy. It was decorated for the holidays which was perfect for our weekend. We enjoyed the fireplace and the games in the cabin as well! I would consider coming back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor area and lake. Ann-Marie and Carl provided really helpful instructions on how to get to the house.

I can’t say enough positive things about Daniel’s place. The setting was beautiful and serene; It was so quiet and peaceful we almost felt like it was our own private lake! The house was lovely and so tastefully and uniquely decorated. All the windows gave a constant view of the lake. There are many quaint towns to explore within a 30 minute drive, but you may want to spend most of your time enjoying the lake and kayak. We hope to return in the summer.

Staying at Sonya’s house was an amazing experience! The house is very clean, updated, quiet and had everything we needed! I highly recommend staying at the cottage on the lake. The porch was an extra spot that the sun shined all day! It truly was a beautiful weekend!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Gisela's lake house!! Her house was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Gisela was incredibly responsive, the property was very clean, and the views were amazing!! Checking in and out was quick and simple. The house is on the main road and only a few minutes from Kingston and is central to anywhere in the Catskills or Hudson Valley. I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the area.

I visited this beautiful place for valentines weekend and it was absolutely amazing, nice and clean kitchen equipped with all you need if you want to cook and the rooms were nice and cozy. Also this is a lake house so you have a beautiful view and you can enjoy outside too. We had a great time. I would only suggest to get the drive way clean from the ice/snow during winter time it was a little bit dangerous walking to our cars.

Stayed with my husband and two kids, ages 4 and 1. This place was perfect for us, and the children really enjoyed it because there were games for them to play and plenty of room to crawl around! The cabin itself is something like 750 sq feet but feels so spacious. We never felt cramped and had plenty of room to relax. All necessities were included as well as some extras like laundry detergent, aluminum foil for cooking, even cooking oil and seasonings. That’s not something I’ve typically seen in homes we’ve rented before. What absolutely impressed us were the views. We loved how there are no street lamps. After dark it feels like you really are out in the middle of nowhere, but you actually have so many restaurants and activities within a very short driving distance. Andrew was also a very welcoming host. I messaged him during our stay twice and had responses from him within minutes. I’m so glad we found this cabin and wish we find our way back to it someday!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakehouse! The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. From the cozy atmosphere to the great amenities, every detail was thoughtfully set up to make our trip enjoyable. Benjamin was an incredibly attentive host—quick to respond and very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We made so many wonderful memories here and truly appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect retreat. We’d love to come back!

Tobye’s place was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving trip. Had all the amenities as listed and is a very responsive host. Was flexible to add a day as well and we so appreciated that! Kids loved the Xbox and we loved the coffee and peaceful view.

What a great chill stay for Thanksgiving! Absolutely loved hanging on the deck with our baby and dogs (deck is enclosed), listening to the river and watching people fish. The cabin was very Scandi and it felt super peaceful and clean! We walked our dogs on some of the trails and they loved it. It felt cozy in the winter and can’t wait to try it out in the summer. Samuel and Catherine were super helpful and communicative. Loved it! They also left fresh eggs and a bottle of wine! 🧡

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Marta’s place. It had everything we needed, clean comfortable beds, kitchen with all necessary equipment, clean and modern bathrooms, a lot of games and books, a cozy living room with a fireplace that created the best atmosphere. We spent our time playing games with the kids, relaxing and cooking. The place is definitely recommended and super close to stores, restaurants, just a quick drive to center of Woodstock. Sherri and Team put a nice offering together with this home. Easy to find, stacked with items to make you feel right at home, and close to a lot of good food, activities, and shops. All of the rooms were nice and set up for instant relaxation. The two family rooms had different personalities - one for chill and one for play. All of it together just made for the making of memories whether you’re a couple, group, or family. Would definitely love to stay again in a different season of the year as the lakefront location is probably gorgeous in the spring and summer. Very satisfied customer here. Thank you!
