Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

The house was in excellent condition! Ewelina was very helpful, located in a great area between Saugerties and Hunter Mountain.

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

We stayed for a couple of months in Emily & Carol's cozy house. The house is a great place to stay, and Leeds itself has a lot more to offer than we were actually expecting! Multiple solid restaurants within walking distance of the house. Thank you!

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home. When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

Our family had a great time staying in Anneke’s house in Stockbridge; it had everything we needed and was very comfortable! The fenced yard was also great for our dog. Anneke checked in with us several times during the trip and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Madeline was easily accessible and the well-stocked house was snug, warm, and comfortable during our stay in very wintry weather. The setting is quiet, but very close to town and all amenities. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Pictures don’t do justice! Craig’s place was lovely, from the amazing kitchen to the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. For a group getaway this is the perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

Big fan of the LuxeCompound. The house had an authentically warm and cozy vibe and there were so many things to do... sauna, ping pong, gym, multiple excellent kitchens, grand piano, board games, fireplaces, etc. I wish we could have enjoyed the pool too, but that wasn't happening in Feb. Would be a really great spot for big groups and families. I would stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

The house and the barn were the perfect spot to gather family scattered between Baltimore and Albany. We had planned on visiting Art Omi but the weather didn’t cooperate, but the house was such a lovely space that we had no reason to leave! We even got a little show from two adult and one juvenile bald eagles! Lovely home, would absolutely recommend!

Lovely home, plenty of space. A little hard to get in and out of the driveway with the snow (even though they were very kind and plowed for us there was just too much snow). I recommend taking a car with 4wd if a snowstorm is supposed to come. Will return in the summertime!

Place was beautiful and cozy. We loved the house and it's scenery. The fire place was nice. Was very private. The drive to the towns were not too bad. Would highly recommend. I would have liked to hang out in the house a bit more, but my husband likes to be out and about. If it was just me, I would have wanted to spend most of the time at the house.

Stayed at Val's place for 4 months. We were very happy here, it's extremely spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. Plus, it has everything you will ever need during your stay from a screw driver to cheese grater which is often hard to find in rentals and you end up having to buy extra supplies if staying for an extended period of time like we were. The Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to Warren Street and 5 min drive to Fairview Ave. Host is so helpful and responsive. Five + stars. Thank you Val!

The loft was lovely: fireplace, large balcony, view down the mountain, TV with airplay support, kitchen, etc. the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend to others.

Kathy is the most gracious and attentive host making sure we had everything that we needed. Everyone in our group mentioned how great is she. As for the home itself, it was cozy and comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, outside area was relaxing, and hot tub was great. There are so many nice touches and surprises to the home

It was very peaceful, great get away from the city. Good for the dogs. The copper tub is amazing, we could not get enough of it. And the dual showers felt so good. It felt very homey. Mr. John was a a great host.

I was looking for a relaxing mini vacation "away from it all" and this tiny home was perfect! It was extremely quiet and the sun rose right outside my giant window next the bed facing out into the woods, the colors were breathtaking! I visited Kaaterskill falls and Hudson and I highly recommend both! Thank you to Sorov and family for such a wonderful experience! I will absolutely be staying again.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Their place was super cute and clean. The type of style and decor is to die for ❤️ Had all the towels we needed. Loved getting in the hot tub in the winter. Just wish there were blinds that weren’t totally see through! Also, we barely went into the “great room” because that room is a lot colder than everywhere else and we couldn’t figure out how to use the pellet stove in there without it smoking like crazy. Loved the place nonetheless. It was great for a birthday celebration with friends!
