Vacation rentals with lake access in Monmouth County

Bethany’s place at Ocean Grove/Neptune Township was awesome! This was a last minute thing and she was very flexible, understood the situation that we were going through as the previous host in Manahawkin, NJ dropped the ball on me & my family on the same day of the check-in. Her home was more than what we expected, we held our small Wedding Ceremony outside the very next day on her property. I would definitely come back again at this very location and/or other properties. Bethany replies to you promptly, she is friendly, welcoming, treats you with kindness, professionalism and respect. Truly the best the host so far and trying out AirBnB for the first time.

This is the sweetest house in a great neighborhood! Incredible home for families. Comfortable beds, great layout, dreamy yard. Really enjoyed the Jackson Woods park (accessible directly across the street) and easy walk to a gorgeous beach. Inna is an amazing host—proactive, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great stay with my family. Our kids loved the beach and the neighborhood is immensely walkable. The house is small but super clean and has all the necessities. Marc even offers a list of local recommendations for guests and his picks were always spot on -- from the restaurants, to the bagel shop, to the ice cream store. Easy checkout, too.

Eugene was very accommodating when we requested a last minute late checkout. His place, although a little bareboned, did the trick for what we needed. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and great central location. And even better that we could bring our pup!

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's home! Great location, walking distance to everything....beach, local shops and restaurants. It was clean and comfy! It offers many amenities that give it an "at home" feeling. We enjoyed the new patio, grill, outside shower. Amazing backyard meticulously kept! The lake was peaceful and very enjoyable. Jamie was a great host! He gave many suggestions for local spots. Jaime was very responsive and truly wanted his guest to have a great stay! I would highly recommend Jaime's home to others and hope that we can come back to stay again!

Shawn’s place was great! Very centrally located, 5 minutes to pretty much everything! The host was so quick to respond when we needed extra beach chairs. Also brought us some boogie boards! We were here celebrating a bachelorette party so did a lot of eating out but made a big breakfast for the group one morning and had everything we needed. Hot tub is a great treat! The downstairs has fairly low ceilings so if you’re traveling with a group make sure any tall people get the upstairs rooms, but the basement shower was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again :)

Immaculate house one block to beach. Very responsive owner, had a problem with the grill and it was quickly replaced. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Had a wonderful stay at Brookes place. Perfect use of space..had everything we needed. Brooke was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay in this apartment. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly to all questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Our stay at Elena’s place was incredible. The house had every convenience, amenity and comfort we could have possibly asked for. There were so any fantastic touches from a welcome gift, to wonderful linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen needs and beach chairs and umbrellas. It was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully updated, maximizing every inch of space. The location was absolute perfection, literal steps to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. It was the ideal house for our family of four. Elena’s communication and responsiveness could not be beat and she communicated to us a number of times throughout our stay that she was available for anything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning!

I hesitate to say how great this place is because I want it for every time I am in NJ. With that said, this place is incredible and the hosts are the best. The description of the place may be selling it short. Most evenings involved sitting on the beach across the street watching a gorgeous sunset followed up by a quick walk or bike ride to several top notch local places for food, drinks, and fun (Al Ponte for Thursday and Friday night lobsters).

A great stay! So close to the beach with an incredibly peaceful view of the lake. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb homes in the area and this one ranked at the top. Kitchen is chef ready, living area is so relaxed and very comfortable. All the amenities were spot on. My biggest worry when I book any stay is whether or not I’ll sleep well and I can sincerely say the beds in this place are great! Gary is a great host and an Asbury enthusiast. Will be back for sure!

Liam was an amazing host, when any issues occured he delt with it within minutes. Liam had amazing communication throughout the stay and even checked in to see if we needed anything. The unit was clean, tidy, and was just as described. The unit had several condiments ready for us throughout our stay, had toiletries, and was a perfect temp. I highly reccomend Liam as a host, and 68 clark as your next airbnb.

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to visit with family. The location was great! We walked everywhere. The back sitting area was so peaceful and beautiful at sunset. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

There were 4 of us for a week in Asbury Park and this location was soooooo ideal for us! We were located right on the park lake and just a few minutes walk to both the boardwalk and all the restaurants that Asbury Park has to offer. The inside of the rental was more than spacious for the 4 of us, in fact we left 2 bedrooms unused. They answered any questions in mere moments and we will definitely be back in the near future! Host was flexible when I needed some tweaks to accommodations. She was clear and open about other guests on the property. She offered extra towels or anything else needed. Stopped by to say hello and welcome me to the cottage. Neighborhood and lodging were as expected since I am familiar with the area. I will stay here again! Love the short walk to the lake and ocean and bagel store!

Karleen was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her home is the perfect little get away! So close to 🏖️ beach, town, good 🛍️ shopping and fine eateries. Sweet little neighborhood, too. We were very happy nestled in this spring lake gem!💎

We really enjoyed the stay here! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect supplies needed that sometimes you don’t have. Well stocked with towels and supplies. Spotless clean, private and very efficient for my family and pet. Gina was very responsive and we will def be staying here again. Great place.
