Vacation rentals in Modoc

The house was very cozy and clean. Also well stocked with all the essentials. In walking distance to great restaurants. Downtown Hamilton was very beautiful with a lot of old homes. Wish we had more time to explore.

We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the door. The environment was both welcoming and comfortable. They had the perfect amenities for us which included but were mot limited to a washer and dryer, a coffee maker, an iron, as well as a dish washer. It was very centrally located to the gym our daughter was playing at, just a 9 minute drive. It was also in close proximity to grocery stores as well as a variety of restaurants. We had an exceptional stay and are thankful for such amazing memories made!

We had a great stay here!! The place itself was bigger than expected, and everything was in great condition and well maintained. The outdoor space was beautiful, unfortunately it was too cold for us to really use it. But we did love having the gas grill available. If back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Easy access to water. We set out to have a relaxing weekend. This home offered plenty of areas to relax. Cottonwood Cottage was very warm and inviting and we hope to make it back.

Home is spacious, plenty of room for our group of 8, clean and comfortable. Simply beautiful! Had plenty of dishes, pots and pans and appliances if you stay in and cook like we did. We never left and were so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for sharing your home!

The first impression of the Cottage's inside was Wow! It was just what I wanted to see, floors no spots, no odors, soft couch, comfy bed and pillows. The Cottage was, upon entering, a wooden area was there for wet boots and shoes. The view outside was serene and exuded peacefulness. The warmth of the heating unit was excellent for throwing off any chill. All the lights worked, the stove was excellent and clean, coffee maker was superb. Toaster, shower, towels soft, sink was unusually low profile but just took some getting used to. Shower and sinks drained well. And the tropical island motif was breathtaking well-coordinated. One of my definite 'return-to' places.

This is our second stay with Kyle and Amy! Another fun visit for a fraternity mom's weekend! We love the location and the ability to be able to stay together as a group of moms. The home is very clean and so welcoming! We even noticed a few upgrades since last year! This is the perfect spot and we love staying here! Thanks Kyle and Amy!!!

Tyianna was a fantastic host. Communication was smooth and timely, which made everything easy from the start. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do, and the house itself felt just like home. My family kept saying how comfortable and welcoming it was. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was over Easter weekend, we arrived to see family a day early. At the last minute she had the place ready for an extra day stay! Took maybe 30 minutes tops and the place was pristine. They had everything we could need for our stay and more. Elizabeth & Anna were very responsive. Hot tub was perfect, and the backyard was where we spent most of our time while at the home. We were able to cook on the grill with everything they had provided. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine which I personally enjoyed. Thank you guys for an amazing stay! Hoping to stay here every Easter, couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family weekend.
