Lovely property perfect for a family break, would definitely stay again if in the bay area.

This place was absolutely amazing!! The views were so great! The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 7 comfortably! Arlene was so flexible and very helpful! The neighborhood felt safe. There was one guy that was acting a little weird but then he left. It’s at the end of the road which is nice but people seem to park nearby to watch the ocean for the great views. Police seem to monitor though and will ask them to move.

We rented the place to house us and our bridal party during our wedding weekend. The home is spacious with a massive back yard. It was very clean and located across the highway from the beach. Check in was easy and checkout instructions were reasonable and easy to follow. The hosts are super responsive and also reasonable to requests. It was a great weekend overall!

Guys golf outing trip. Was our second time staying at the home. Great location near the water. Plenty of room to layout throughout. House is well kept up. Jennifer answered quickly to provide assistance when the smoke detector went off for no reason? Will stay again when in the area.

Matthew's home was fantastic for our long weekend getaway. Conveniently located to San Francisco (<1 hour drive) and once you're there, the activities are endless. The house has unbelievable views from the bedrooms, kitchen, family room, and the amazing deck. It's a perfect location - walking distance to town and the beach. The house has everything you need - from a well-stocked kitchen to a great set up for movies at home. We loved our stay!

This is a great place to stay! The house was so clean..beautiful views..we saw a whale from the family room. Very hospitable, Bernardine was easy to communicate with. Our family cannot wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely beach house, just a few steps away from Miramar Beach. The back yard is very spacious and great for kids, there’s a deck out front with a sunset ocean view, and the master bedroom is very large. Howaida is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

Monika's place was indeed a home away from home. The location was great, and the place was extremely clean. She also did as good a job as any host that I've dealt with in providing detailed instructions regarding the facility, as well as all kinds of info about local points of interest and available services. Indeed top notch. My family and I were visiting San Francisco, and Monika's place afforded us a very convenient and more reasonably priced option to downtown. No question that we would look to stay there again when we get back to the area.

House is over the top! The best place I have ever stayed. Beautiful well stocked kitchen. Has everything you need and more. Immaculate. Gardens are out of a magazine and so is the house. Beautiful pool and space. Once in a lifetime property on Airbnb. Jeff was a dream to work with. Thank you so much!

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

My wedding party stayed here during wedding weekend, to prep for the event. It’s a Wonderful space that was in walkable proximity to much of Mill Valley. Comfortable access off the main road, ample space within the home, and full of all toiletries, ect. that one could need. In the chaos of the weekend, we were incredibly thankful for how quiet and peaceful this homes environment was. Adrienne was also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

Had a lovely stay at Annette and Fred’s place - the location was great, the house was fully stocked and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. Having a hot tub and gas fireplaces were an added bonus for spending the evenings admiring the views.

Friendly host, great location, nice neighborhood, we rented the place for a group golf gathering. It was located just 5 minutes drive to the golf course, super convenient. Great place!

Back in Pacifica, combining business with pleasure. Great to walk by the ocean after working in South San Francisco just ~20 minutes away. Each visit, Michael has been thoughtful and proactively helpful, we look forward to coming back. Thoroughly recommend.

Nancy and Lance are dream hosts! The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured but what set this home apart was the level of care. They answered every question quickly and were always ready to go above and beyond. The house was comfortable, full of amenities, and provided everything our family could want or need. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was so convenient. We hope to go back someday soon!!

House location is wonderful. Walk outdoor and you can see and hear the ocean, one block from the walking trail along the ocean which we took advantage of each day. The house is well stocked and organized. Beds are comfortable, we all slept soundly. Although we didn’t have any children with us, we found that the house is children friendly. Mary-Anne was very responsive to any questions we had, would book at her place in the future if we are in the area.

It's a lovely house, clean and spacious. Perfect for large group gatherings, this home features a spacious kitchen and dining area, two living rooms, a sunroom, and an outside deck with a gorgeous view. John is very responsive, quickly providing us with the additional paper towel we need.

There are beautiful views of the ocean from this spacious home. It was an easy drive to San Francisco and we enjoyed the local restaurants as well. The kitchen was large and well-maintained and it was easy to adjust the house temperature to be comfortable for both the main floor and upstairs.

Terry was a phenomenal host! I came to visit this spot for my 30th birthday and first off, the pictures don’t even do the place justice! He did a great job of communicating when I had any questions and was a genuinely nice person and made my friends and I feel right at home.
