We are cleaning fanatics, and our guests love our squeaky-clean place! We travelled the world and have brought home all the “lessons learned” from having the ultimate “home away from home” experience during our stays. The carriage house is completely private & just a 7 min. walk to shenanigans in downtown Roswell.

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. There is also a laundry room that doubles as a broom closet, equipped with a washer and drier.

Welcome to Treetop Guesthouse, a comfortable, spacious, light-filled apartment. Conveniently located between Emory/CDC and downtown Decatur/MARTA station. Renovated in 2017 with new hardwood floors, new appliances, including washer/dryer & smart TV, and new or lovingly restored furniture. Off-street parking. Probably most comfortable for one or two guests or a family with up to four people, especially if two are small. Babies are welcome, and a Pac-and-Play is available.
