A quiet, spacious, and cozy home that is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants/bars, including Flamingos. It's 2.1 miles to the Indiana Dunes National Park (West beach), 11 miles to Indiana Dunes State Park, and a few blocks from Marquette Park (which includes a disc golf course and concession stand). It's perfectly suitable for longer stays, including a dedicated workspace and a variety of cookware. Unfortunately, requests for one night stays will not be accepted (2 night minimum).

We actually didn’t get to stay due to a family emergency, but the host was very understanding and supportive. I would recommend staying there even without seeing the place lol The instructions to get into the space were great and I can tell there would have been zero issues.

I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.

This is an amazing home. A touch of the old home feel with a modern touch. I love the old style homes. It's amazing that the Host kept the home as original as possible. My family and friends will be coming back again. The Host responded quickly. A storm had come through and Mary sent a message to me to make sure everything was good. Beautiful home in a quiet area. The house was stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The covered hot tub was our favorite but everyone found something to do like the pool table or gym area. It was the perfect place for our families ranging from age 9 to 19, and the adults. Would definitely book again!

Kadir’s place was perfect for our stay. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, etc. And the neighbors are very friendly. Kadir is also a super accommodating host!
