Great condo! Centrally located! Loved the restaurant next door! Would definitely return!

Place was spotless and looked just like the photos. So close to the beach that the driveway was sandy! Additionally, it was walking distance from great restaurants, bars, and wineries. Very comfortable and well worth the price. Logan was a very proactive and responsive host. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place with nice balcony and comfortable furnishings. The bed was so comfortable. Easy to walk into town, and nice to have a restaurant right next door.

Tom's place was a great getaway from staying in a hotel. The area is very charming and has a great view of the river from the living room. We enjoyed walking along the river in the evenings. Tom was very responsive when i had questions.

We actually didn’t get to stay due to a family emergency, but the host was very understanding and supportive. I would recommend staying there even without seeing the place lol The instructions to get into the space were great and I can tell there would have been zero issues.

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

It was an absolute BEAUTY of a stay. My husband and I literally booked it last minute. (1 hours before leaving) and the host immediately responded and was so friendly and kind. It’s about a two minute walk from the beach. Very quiet, the house has a lot to culture. I felt right at home, truly. Thank you Matthew !!

Much bigger space in person, everyone that stayed there mostly all hung out in the 3 seasons room and it was very spacious and a great place to chill. Swimming was awesome and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches downstairs were really good and so convenient to walk downstairs and order from the take out window just below you.

Absolutely beautiful home that embodies relaxation and peace. We were able to comfortably gather as a family. The beds and linens are great quality!! Mike is a very responsive host, and has put in the time, and attention to detail to curate a space that is absolutely perfect for an intimate gathering of loved ones. It's impossible to list just how amazing of a stay we had. Our only regret was not booking it for longer.

I will call it "Mary Poppins", practically perfect in every way. If you are looking for a quite scenic vacation spot, this is it. Their are obviously things that could have been better, but we got exactly what we wanted, no notes, no issues, no problems.

Great place to stay! We had a group of 13 stay for the weekend here for a bachelor party and loved every bit of it! Very easy communication with Howard, well laid out instructions and nice subtle labeling on things in the household that made things easy. Another big plus is that it's located so close to a local grocery store making it quick and easy to go grab something if you happen to need anything. Highly recommend staying here if you're ever debating it!

We came into town for a wedding and brought our 2 dogs and wanted to stay someplace safe and quiet and we definitely found that with Edgar’s home. The location was easy to find and it was nice to have private parking right along the lake. The access to the home was easy and the home nicely is decorated with every amenity you need to cook your own food. Views from the home are lovely and we went out onto the dock and spent time on the private beach a couple of the nights we were there. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels, which I appreciated. Location makes it easy to get into town for grocery shopping and there is a brewery in town that makes great smash burgers called Useless Creatures. We walked around the neighborhood a couple of times and we also found a great hiking spot to take the dogs very nearby. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this house was exactly what we had been hoping for. This lake house on Big Fish Lake was perfect for our family getaway. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it offered a peaceful escape with ample space for everyone. The house was comfortable and well-equipped, and the pier was a fantastic spot for fishing and enjoying the lake. A standout feature was the screened-in porch, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations with its blend of comfort, convenience, and scenic beauty. A delightful extra was the water toys that came included with the rental. Highly recommended for a relaxing family retreat!

It was the perfect get away, we did venture out a little bit, but we mostly stayed at the house. It was very comfortable, and was a home away from home. Had everything we needed, as we cooked in almost everyday. We don’t have a lot of conversations with Jodie, but we had adequate conversations with her. She was very responsive when we requested information. The info sheet was easy to understand and informative.

Clean and roomy condo. Really enjoyed the balcony and watching the boats. Great location. Half mile to many shops and restaurants.

We had a great long weekend at Alexa’s place! It’s big, open and comfortable. Perfect for our group of six adults. Loved having 2 dedicated parking spaces. It’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown St Joe and another few minutes to reach to beach and see Michigans beautiful sunsets. We’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Let me begin by saying we can’t wait to stay again. The location was absolutely amazing, particularly if you, like us, adore sunsets. We enjoyed the walk to the beach which is on the property and found the sunsets breathtaking. The beach is beautiful and allowed us to walk three miles. The unit was very clean and had what we needed. We were able to cook in two nights and enjoy a Saugutuck restaurant one evening. Patricia was very communicative and was prompt in responses to questions. We simply could not have enjoyed a better stay. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful place. Well appointed and clean. The beds were a little to firm for me, but they had soft sheets. Great location for the national park and state park. We would stay again if we are in the area!

We would definitely stay here again. Abel’s place was super comfy, close to everything, and very clean. Abel was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for beach floats and like items, there is a Dollar General nearby that was cheap and had lots to choose from.

Very clean. Great location -- easy walk into downtown St. Joseph and even to the lakefront, plus a restaurant/bar right next door. Good and easy process.
