House vacation rentals in Miamisburg

The house was nice, and the location was amazing. There is tons to do in this area, as well as a nice backyard to relax.

I had stayed here once before as a guest, so when I needed to travel to Cinci again it was an obvious choice. I received detailed instructions before checking in - so the only reason I couldn't leave a review on responsiveness was because all questions I could have had were answered ahead of time! The place is clean and spacious, and the area is quiet with a lot of street parking (we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house most of the time, but having the garage parking was helpful as well). I didn't take advantage of the nearby amenities, but Top Golf was within walking distance and I believe some restaurants and shops were as well - I can confirm though that there were plenty of delivery options :) Overall it was another great stay and I highly recommend it!

Tyianna’s place was exactly as described and met our needs so well for a big family gathering to go to a family’s member’s wedding. The pool was wonderful for our kids, even though our weather was chilly that week, and the spaces were great for all ages of our party. The kitchen was much better stocked than any other airbnb we’ve stayed at. It honestly felt like one of our own homes. Thank you, Tyianna!

Beautiful home interior. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. All the lights were on when we arrived which was very welcoming. Everything we needed was there and it was a wonderful stay. We had a few questions while there and the response time was almost immediate. Highly recommend.

The house was great, it felt just like home. It accommodated our group of nine beautifully and comfortably. The bathrooms and showers are a little on the small side, but that's the only negative! Great house, great area.

Inviting and Relaxing Our stay at Teresa's home in Enon was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable, great location, room for our car and trailer on the driveway and the wonderful fenced in backyard for our poochie. The Amenities that were listed on the site were easily found and her home had all the comforts of home! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Cedarville and there was a lot of running to do and this house was very centrally located so it made accomplishing all of our errands and graduation an easy task. If any question arose, Teresa was very quick to respond and even reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. As my son now lives in the area, we will hopefully be returning soon! Thank you!

This was our first stop on a cross-country move with very long driving days. It was perfect to relax, recoup, and rest our heads. We only stayed the night but everything was great!

Belinda’s stay was a great price for the amenities included. When I travel for work a big part is being able to cook my own food for lunch, Belinda had pots, pans and silverware that made it so much easier for me! For the price I believe this is the perfect place to stay. I would recommend this spot and I will be staying here again if I had to come back. No complaints.

Perfect for our family of seven. We stayed one night. We enjoyed the beautiful yard. The house was cute and comfortable.

Went on a weekend girl trip getaway! It was a great location between Dayton and Cincinnati! Beautiful little towns around with restaurants and river walks and views! Hot tub was definitely a plus and used quite a bit!

Andrew’s place was perfect for our soccer families and 10 yr old boys! Would stay here again.

Charming, quaint bungalow as described and just off the center of town square. Walkable to many restaurants, cafes, and entertainment. Phenomenal location in Germantown with easy access in to Dayton. Will ABSOLUTELY look to stay here again when I return to the area! Kristian quick to respond to questions and inquiries.

This was just perfect for our stay in the Dayton area. Celeste was very responsive with any of my questions I had leading up to the visit. I would definitely book this home again if back in the area next year. Thank you for opening up your home for us.

Such a convenient location to an event we had at the university. This house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Top of the line amenities and stocked kitchen. Mattresses were amazing!

Great stay. My wife and I would recommend this place. Very cute and comfortable. Plenty of space for a good size group. We wish we made our stay longer. It is not as isolated as the photos make it look. The host lives 10 yards away. Nothing wrong with this but just didn’t know that going in.

The trash was not getting picked up by the city, but host was super apologetic. Was not super bothersome but was very much appreciated how responsive about the situation he was. Everything in the house worked, was as described, was clean, and super pleasant. My friends and I had a wonderful time, felt very safe, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay at Abraham’s properties again.

The house was exactly what my family needed and more. The basement was the best part for my grandkids and the backyard was so cute and had so much room for the kids to play. we didn't get to use firepit or grill but we plan on it next time for sure. we will be returning more in the future. best place for a family to stay and so accommodating for your needs. Also don't let me forget how comfortable the beds were and the amazing shower. Thank you for the amazing stay! see you soon!

This was the second time we stayed here. We had 6 adults and two kids ( ages 6 and 9) and were all very comfortable. House was very clean and neat. The surrounding area is very safe and we enjoyed a few walks through the neighborhood. If the need for lodging in the Kettering/Oakwood area arises again we will definitely try to get Ashley’s place again
