Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Melrose, Los Angeles

We had an enjoyable stay for the weekend. The place is very close to anything you’d want to do, whether it’s the beach or eating locally. It was very clean and had clear instructions for check in/out. The only downside that the owner can’t control is the bathroom was small and the floors are creaky. Overall, it was nice and in a decent area with private parking at the back of the lot.

Great place to stay in you’re going to the Disney parks. I would recommend taking an Uber there. Overall a great stay for a very reasonable price.

We really liked Romans place.. great location.. we walked everywhere.. the shower could have done with a better clean lots of mould in it... I had a crack at it... I'm a clean freak so I guess I'm a bit over the top with my cleanliness... the wind screams up the outside hallway so it's sounds like someone is talking to you... when they're not Lol... not a concern just so others know they aren't going crazy!! Could do with better blinds in the bedroom it's so bright in there in the morning... overall we liked it here alot! Loved that there was a washer and dryer and a car space... the instructions to get in and where to park were the best instructions we have ever received... thanks for having us Roman! :-)

Great place to stay if you want to explore Santa Monica without having to drive around. Everywhere is a 10 minute walk or less away; the apartment itself is great and very comfortable as well.

Easy comfortable great stay. Just needed a place to crash while visiting my kids. This place was easy to find easy to access and had great protected parking. The bed was comfy, it had Netflix and the bathroom was spacious.

This rental was everything the advertisement said it was! I was extremely impressed! It was clean and furnished Beautifully! I will definitely look into renting it again whenever I’m back in the area !

AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

Lois was fantastic from start to finish! Her house is beautiful and clean and safe. Definitely making this our go-to spot while in California! Only note was that the bed was very soft and we prefer a firm mattress but that’s all just personal preference. Such a wonderful experience!

Laura’s place was amazing for our week long stay! Close to so much (including Trader Joe’s)!! The place had literally everything we could think of! It was so well stocked and clean. We loved the backyard area too! Would highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at Ms. Glady’s place! The space was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. She’s an amazing host—really friendly and easy to communicate with. You can tell she cares about her guests. Definitely would stay here again and totally recommend it if you’re in the area!

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay in one of their units. Clean, well equipped, and has character! I enjoyed the Hollywood glam theme of this apartment. Terrific location for visiting my daughter at college and for enjoying the fantastic restaurants in the Arts District. Thanks again!

My Fiance and I came out here to celebrate their birthday, along with few of our friends. The airbnb had so much to offer. I loved how everything around us was close by. You could literally take a 5 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. In addition, our host Christian was always attentive and polite. Whenever we had a question about anything, his speedy response was always appreciated. I will definitely be coming back, so I can enjoy more of the airbnb and it's surroundings. Overall, loved this place. Was very spacious and clean. The TV in the living room was hard to airplay and the bathrooms had standing showers which was sometimes weird with the water spilling out but other than that, William was extremely flexible - especially when we couldn’t open a door and when we had to extend our stay last minutely. Parking with a bit tight with our standard SUV but only because we backed in. But overall would recommend and would stay again!

My family stayed at Krysta’s home for nights during our trip to Disneyland. Krysta was super responsive and proactive in her communications. She reached out ahead of the time to help arrange our arrival and was there to help us settle in. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, and it was very clean! The neighborhood was clean and safe, with a children’s playground just right outside. The drive to Disneyland parks and disney downtown area was only 10 minutes and super easy. I highly recommend Krysta and her home to anyone looking to visit Disney!

We were very comfortable in John’s home. It was nice having the patio to enjoy our coffee in the mornings. The blackout curtains were also very helpful in the bedrooms. We felt safe in the building and the surrounding area. We hope to visit again.

Our situation was unique as my family was displaced by the Eation fire. We stayed in Sara's condo for about six weeks. It was not only comfortable enough for a vacation, but comfortable as real (temporary) home. All the rooms are clean and stylish. Both bedrooms had lots of space including cute chaises. The kitchen and bathrooms were well- stocked with plenty of appliances. We enjoyed some sunny afternoons and a few evenings on the little balcony. There were both small shops and convenient big chain stores nearby. We could hear cars driving by a bit, but the area is surrounded by side streets with stop signs, so it was all very tame. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this AirBnB.
