Enjoy our cozy home within walking distance to the beach located in the heart of South Yarmouth. . 3 Bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 guests. The newly renovated bathroom and outdoor shower are sure to wash the sand away so you can unwind in the large yard with a cocktail. Beaches are a 0.75 mile walk or a short bike ride. We wish we could be there all the time but school and work get in the way.

Private beach, meticulously landscaped grounds. Walk to private beach, Hyannis marina, historic Main St. Breathtaking ocean views! Pool is open Memorial day to Labor day and only on weekends in June.
