Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Marshall County

We have stayed at allot of Airbnb places and Vicki’s is the most like home with extras, from pour over coffee to an amazing high definition projector. The house is very well stocked for cooking. Pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, BBQ. Coffee- Keurig, pour over, electric tea kettle, and a brother that heats and cools your cream. The towels are amazing as well as the beds ( memory foam). At night we watched firefly’s from the back porch while we enjoyed the peaceful quietness of this amazing place. Vicki was always very responsive and there is a handy book full of places to go and things to do. If you go to the farmers market in Franklin I suggest you go early as this is a very busy place, but well worth it. If you like oatmeal I suggest the Scottish oatmeal from one of the vendors. The fresh eggs from next door are awesome. If you are looking for busy night life then you should look somewhere else, if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing, gorgeous house then this house is for you.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Sarah went above and beyond for our stay! She even brought us tables and chairs so we could host a rehearsal dinner for our daughter’s wedding since her venue was not available. The location was convenient for daughter’s wedding at a venue near by and everyone who stayed with us commented on how comfortable and charming the 1910 farmhouse was. We could not ask for more from the coffee bar, to the comfortable beds, provided shower supplies and amazing outdoor spaces. We had a great stay and will stay again if we are ever in the area. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Air BNB’s and this one was one of my favorites. Every detail of this place was thought out. I could vacation there for a month and be content with the birds and nature.

My family stayed while visiting other family in TN and this house was perfect for us! The house is situated between a river and state park. It was gorgeous. The kids had a blast, great house for building a fort and hide and seek. The deck was fantastic for visiting. We would love to stay here again. Tres was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!!

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We were in Murfreesboro for our grandson’s baseball games and were fortunate to find this wonderful property. As soon as we walked in we noticed how open and spacious the apartment was. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless. The bedroom was large enough to include a couch & tv. If we travel to that area again, we will certainly try to stay there again!

Marisa was very responsive. She even brought by some cookies.

Such a great find. Why would you ever stay in a cramped hotel room when you can stay at The Mansion!? The space was quiet and private. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We were even greeted by a curious deer when we arrived! I particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This was such a wonderful getaway from the noise of the city. The yard and the garden was kept so well. It was absolutely a delight to stay here.

Convenient, Clean, Close to Main Street where I enjoy walking. I have stayed there before and will again. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook.

LeGenna was an awesome host offering a 5 star Airbnb stay. Her place was spacious enough to accommodate my family of 8, offering privacy for all of us! We especially enjoyed the rooftop lounge area, and her place was super clean, beds were comfortable, linen was soft, and the kitchen was fabulous! Becky was very helpful, pointing out a shorter route to the door from the driveway that I'd missed. A great place to stay in a convenient area of town.

The host Suzanne was great and very informative. The Bungalow was perfect for our softball trip. It had everything we needed and was close to everything. The bed and pillows were comfy and the neighborhood is the perfect spot in Columbia if you want a central location to everything. This is a triplex and we had some fellow softball families staying as neighbors, you can hear a lot, so heads up but not a big deal. We would book again if ever in the area.

Very clean, cozy, quiet place. Close to the family we were visiting. Didn't use appliances or washer/dryer, so cannot comment on that. There were renters in the adjoining duplex, never heard anything, good sound barriers. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little spot, didn't realize it was a split house, but didn't have any issues.

We needed a place to stay last minute due to traveling for work. We decided to get an Airbnb and take a break from old hotels. We were able to book late at night before the cutoff. Everything is beautiful and very cozy. And lots of beds for the work crew to have one to themselves! Definitely will Be booking again if we are in the area. Oh and super affordable!

Katie's place was awesome! Definitely home away from home- close enough to Nashville but also so much local to us in Murfreesboro. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm back up that way. 10/10
