The place was super nice, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also super convenient. Very close to everything. Just a heads-up, the cancellation policy is strict, so be sure to read the details before booking. Other than that, everything was great!

I really enjoyed my stay at Scott's place. It was clean, quiet, and I felt safe throughout my visit. I appreciated the thoughtful extras—fresh coffee, cream, water, and juice. Scott truly went above and beyond.

Anh’s place was great and we enjoyed our stay even having to leave earlier than expected for personal reasons. Anh was a great host, super helpful especially throughout the check-in and parking process. I would undoubtedly book again with Anh and look forward to doing so with any future trips to Indianapolis. I stayed with Sandra for the Carmel Marathon weekend this year. The location was convenient and peaceful and Sandra was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are both extremely spacious and comfortable. While the race was cancelled to to weather, we had a lovely stay nonetheless.

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

Phillips place is a gem in a popular area with more shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance than you could possibly go to. Even though it was within walking distance to everything it was secluded enough with the trees and being one street away from the activities that it was quiet and peaceful. The balcony is private and perfect for relaxing. The steam shower was a nice bonus and the eclectic decor was great. Phillip was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. We loved it so much we've already booked another stay.

Great little place! We really enjoyed our stay at Ta’Keyah’s apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the city proper – we could get to so many things. It was also surprisingly quiet, which was a welcome escape. Ta’Keyah’s place was friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you're looking for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Needed to find a place to stay for a couple of nights so my wife could go to the USCIS and the place was really good.

Perfect location in downtown Indianapolis. The apartment is very modern and spacious with an incredible view of university park. The complex feels very organized and safe. The host delivered 100% in the sense that they gave very clear instructions and provided a first tier living space! It’s my first time visiting US and this apartment felt just like home. Thanks for hosting!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! The big plus of this place besides the hot tub is the fenced in backyard where our puppy felt free & had fun roaming around on his own without being tied to a leash The house was as described & would recommend it

Experience paradise—a hidden gem that redefines the art of hospitality and the beautiful and gorgeous view of the downtown!!!!!! I’ve had the pleasure of staying here for three months, and I can honestly say there’s nothing better than their property and hospitality. The location is outstanding, with breathtaking views, a fantastic gym, a beautiful pool, and excellent restaurants—all in a stunning house that deserves a perfect 10 out of 10. I've never enjoyed a stay quite like this! The fact that the pool and gym are open 24 hours is a huge plus, and the security is top-notch, giving me peace of mind. The views are simply marvelous; even photos can’t capture their beauty. I can’t express enough how much I’ve loved my time here. You truly need to experience it for yourself!
