Thank you for a great stay! We had a large group coming for a wedding and it was so fun to hang out as a group and have our own bedroom for each couple. There’s a cute cafe right down the street as well. The host is very responsive and flexible regarding our check out time. Highly recommend!

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

When searching for a hotel for our 2 day Metallica concert stay, the reviews, prices, and locales were not good! Thought Airbnb of course and Stormy's beautiful,well located Charming Trinity home was THE perfect place to stay for our long weekend! The home itself is the perfect Philly experience with its 3 floors/private courtyard, character/charm on a quiet street but near the subway and within walking distance of the historical area and Magic Gardens. We parked for the weekend in a parking garage and easily navigated to our concert and other choices, walking the beautiful neighborhoods. It was so relaxing to come back to a cozy home/kitchen and chill out with the TV a bit on the comfy daybed or use my computer in the living room and to have breakfast in the courtyard. Stormy was always available and clued us in the the best way to get to our concert which was so efficient! The stairs are fine for even us 60 plus year olds, just take it slow and use the rails! Great stay!!!

Sean’s place was perfect for our short stay in Philadelphia. The house is exactly as described, has everything you might need. It is located in a peaceful street but still within 30 min of walkable distance to all of the attractions. Plenty of nice restaurants and cute shops. Street parking isn’t very easy but it’s also not bad. You can always find street parking nearby if you search and there are parking lots within 10 min walk. Sean was very responsive, provided clear instructions, and was very easy to communicate with. We also found 2 bottles of water in each room and some snacks in the kitchen which I thought was very thoughtful. I totally recommend Sean’s place!

Perfect location and place to stay during my daughter’s graduation. Easy walk for morning bagels or evening beer. And the hosts were more than accommodation after we realized we left iPhone chargers etc and needed them returned. We appreciate their help and assistance. Would definitely stay here again

Tuan is an excellent host! His place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Philly. Short inexpensive Uber to the sports complex. Easy & safe walk back after the shows. Less than 30 mins. Tuan knows how to run an Airbnb. His communication is unmatched. Very clear instructions. His place was stocked! Towels, linens, bathroom supplies, movies, games, snacks, coffee, beer! It truly was perfect for the 5 of us. I hope Tuan's place is available the next time we visit. My brother, who is super picky lol, rated everything we did over the weekend. He gave Tuan's place a 10/10. The rest of our crew agreed with him. Thank you Tuan for hosting us & for the memorable weekend!

Samantha is a first class host, and while I never met her in person, she came across in our communications as a wonderful person. She genuinely cares that her guests have a great experience. The condo is, as indicated in the title, charming. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. Excellent kitchen and living area. Lots of great light. The unit has a very warm feel -- lots of plants and a beautiful fish tank. And it's in a great location - super walkable. As other reviewers have noted, given this Airbnb is hosted by someone who lives there, you should expect a slightly different experience than staying in a unit that is a dedicated Airbnb.

Great place to stay if visiting University City. Conveniently located near UPenn to the west, but lots of restaurants, bars and stores to the east. Easy parking (for a fee) in the nearby lot. Very comfortable beds and showers. I had 1 question and Steve responded very quickly. Well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. I recommend this place strongly.

Lovely space so close to everything we wanted to see. Though this airbnb is not large, it had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy our stay in Philly. One thing to note is that the spiral staircase is the only way to access the upper levels. We found it tight to get up with our luggage but it is a fun, unique feature! Would definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Rittenhouse Square that has a great location ,quick walking distance to the Square and restaurants this is your place! A little ways down from the residence there is a parking lot that you could store your car as everything is in walking distance or a quick Uber! Joseph is an excellent host, great communication! The unit was extremely clean ,very well equipped, two full bathrooms and very comfortable beds. This is a four story brownstone , each room is a separate floor and there are steep circular steps which we did not mind. My only suggestions would be a small couch and TV in the main living area for more seating and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! So much to do in the area and some amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend.

This amazing home in South Philadelphia is just minutes away from a variety of restaurants, bars, and a small park. If you're in town for a concert or sporting event, it's less than a 10 minute walk to the nearby subway, making travel a breeze. The home had everything we needed and was exactly as described. It was incredibly charming. Corina was extremely helpful in providing information about local attractions, getting us parking passes, and answering any questions we had. We can't wait to visit Philly and stay there again!

We loved Maria’s house and her as a host! Very helpful and friendly! Parking is easier during the daytime. Location is great very close to the Art Museum and several other museums. We really enjoyed our stay!

From when we booked Simone was very helpful and communicated instantly. Simone also sent clear instructions on how to enter the property the day before and local recommendations for restaurants, bars and shopping. Great size parking space, which fit our VW Atlas. We were travelling for our honeymoon and the hosts had left out flowers and a handwritten note for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Loads of little extras in the property that we didn’t expect, such as coffee pods, which made our stay more pleasant. Great location, walking distance to most places, also felt safe in this neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Jasmine’s was great!! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured if not better. It’s spacious, stocked with everything you need, and close to everything. There are a lot of stairs but that was not a problem for our group. Street parking wasn’t a problem. We mostly used Uber so we wouldn’t have to move the car. Jasmine is very responsive and even got a toaster delivered to the house during our stay just to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again!

Perfect spot! Very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Safe area, lots of restaurants close. I loved staying in this house over a hotel, it was a more local vibe. We loved sitting on the balcony at night with all the neighbors.

Deysi’s place was immaculate!! The baseboards and corners were even super clean. There was a slight mix up with the door code but Deysi responded quickly and we were in. The home is very comfortable with brand new appliances and fixtures. The home had all the things we needed for our weekend. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The street parking is tricky as the street is very narrow with cars parked on both sides. The location was good for us to go into Philly for some activities and to get to our child’s college graduation in Bryn Mawr. Deysi’s communication was clear and timely. A great home and host.

I was in a quandary with a previous host being uncommitted to our reservation. I felt lucky to find a place with less than 8 days to the event bringing me and my family to Philly. Amanda was immediately responsive to my inquiry and many follow up questions. She was incredibly flexible about both check-in and checkout times and clear about expectations. The place was clean and spacious and probably the best equipped AB&B household I have ever visited. I have no reservations about giving her a 5 star review Terry
