I felt like I was staying in a fancy resort for an affordable price. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to you!

It is located 5 minutes from IFEMA (15 minutes walking) and 5 minutes from Madrid Barajas airport. Just 15 minutes walk from Metro station San Lorenzo, which is a direct ride to city center in 25 minutes. Additionally, there are very good bus connections in the neighborhood.

Low door with two small windows facing a portal. Does not receive much natural light from the patio. Delighted to receive people from all over the world.

Fanny was very attentive to us, we booked her the same day as it was something improvised to stay 2 nights in Madrid and there was no problem. The house is very nice, it has it very clean and tidy, it has everything in a small space, it is very well used. We had problems with the light when having 2 appliances plugged in, but we know that it is something that they already have to fix it, because of this they provided us with a gas stove to plug in less appliances. I 100% recommend Fanny's casita. We will definitely be back!!

Detached house with a bathroom and parking. The neighborhood was quiet and half an hour from Toledo. It had a nice garden, but because of the weather (November) we were unable to enjoy it. The owner is nice and responded quickly, a pleasure ☺️

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was exactly as described, the room was clean, bed very comfy, and I would like to really point out fast and stable wifi!
