Townhome vacation rentals in Madrid

I can only thank the hosts for their dedication, kindness, and ease in, check out, and the whole time we were staying. A recommended place for the quiet of the place and the ease of parking. A terrace for breakfast (lunch or dinner) and sunbathing, very nice. To put a but on: the good thing ends soon. I hope to be back again in another time.

We loved the house, the surroundings, the area is very quiet and has a public parking in front of the development. Highlight cleanliness and tidiness. We went to the Warner and the entrance and exit of the village was very easy to be near the entrance of the village and no parking problem. We visited the village and it was also not far from the main square which was beautiful

It was very nice being able to be in Oscar's House. I highly recommend it Oscar. He was very kind and attentive , bus near Alcalá , very nice environment to run for sure I will be back in the future Oscar greetings!

I've spent the summer at Lisa and Carlos' place, and the first thing is to thank you for your kindness and affection at all times. The house is an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by nature and silence. Wonderful views and a swimming pool that is a luxury. Everything I can say about them and their home is positive. I hope to go back.

Beatriz is a very nice and kind host. The location is very quiet and very easy to find. The rooms are exactly what we expected, all very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much but it looked like it had anything we could have needed. We just wished the double room had more electric outlets to charge our devices, other than that everything was perfect and would 100% recommend.

We had a great stay. The house is great, very close to Madrid by highway and Carlos is very nice. Recommended!

The accommodation was perfect to spend three days in Madrid. As described, the apartment is modern, new, very clean and practical, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also ideal. Cristina has been very friendly and helpful at all times. We would repeat without hesitation!

A lovely stay! Blanca was very welcoming and made the experience enjoyable. It is located in a peaceful place next to a beautiful park, but still with lots of things to do nearby and easy to access everything more central on public transport. Highly recommend!!

As always, Maria Dolores and her family are so cordial, attentive and kind that they make you want to stay. Of course I'll be back! Thank you for everything, my stay was a wonderful experience!

I would almost have chosen to give four stars instead of five for the accuracy of the listing description, because the listing was even better than I imagined with the photos and instructions. Victor was at his best. Everything was great, possibility of a delicious breakfast for a more than decent price... I can only recommend it!

Perfect for everything and to repeat

We had an extremely good visit with Victor! The host was very communicative and helpful – we received detailed instructions on how to get to their home, as well as valuable advice and tips about things to do in Madrid before arrival. It made us feel confident and comfortable from the first moment. The apartment was cozy and our room neat and well equipped. We were very impressed by the bathroom with a comfortable shower and a full set of necessary toiletries. In addition, a nice surprise was two beds, including one double with a very comfortable mattress, which provided us with a peaceful and comfortable sleep. We would definitely recommend staying with Victor – the warm atmosphere and attention to detail made us feel at home!

What a wonderful cozy place that is perfect for a long stay and has everything you need. Pablo was sure to make sure we had everything we needed and very easy to get ahold of. Great recommendation and a great location.

It's been much better than expected. The photos do not do it justice, the house is much nicer, with a lot of detail and very cozy. We were a large group, 8 adults, 4 children and 2 infants, and also to celebrate New Year's Eve, but we have been very comfortable, the house and the rooms are very spacious. Dani welcomed us with the fireplace lit and the house decorated for Christmas, everything was perfect. He was also very attentive to everything we needed. Unbeatable. The BBQ area is also very cozy and spacious for so many people. We had a great time and the kids loved the house. A pleasure.

My stay at Melisa's house was perfect, the location was excellent, right in the center of where everything is happening in Alcala de Heneres, with bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away. I felt comfortable going in and out of the apartment and Melisa was very attentive to ensure I had everything I needed.

A very large house in a charming and very quiet village near Madrid, very communicative rut and his parents who were the ones who welcomed us lovely .

It was like arriving at the home of friends or family. From the first moment they welcomed us as if we had known each other forever and we felt at home the whole time. Isaías and Susana are very kind and genuinely caring and attentive. We really enjoyed the conversations at the table. We couldn't find a better place to stay. We are happy and grateful that they welcomed us into their home, a beautiful comfortable house and where you can feel the love in every corner, they are incredible hosts, we will carry them in our hearts, hoping to meet again soon. I will always be grateful for all the special touches they had for us.
