Vacation rentals with breakfast in Madrid

I had a fantastic time with Mercedes. She was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. Her home was warm and inviting, and the room was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

We felt incredibly comfortable with Rosario! Even before our arrival we had contact and so received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything was exactly as described and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. Welcome drinks, butter, jam, milk, ham (in the fridge) and cakes and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna … I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all devices in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything there! The contact for questions was always lightning-fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

Quiet location, 4 minutes from the nearest metro, several shopping (for food) nearby and even a coffee right next door. Very clean and just like on the photos. However, we were not aware before that the apartment consists of almost 2 apartments (with a separate key), each with one bedroom, bathroom and sofa+TV, which with the double bed then also has a kitchen and a dining table. However, the two older children (= teenagers) found this perfect :-) Communication with the co-host was straightforward, friendly and quick. We were very satisfied with this apartment.

If I could, I would like to rate it 6-star instead of 5! Both Patricia and her place were beyond my expectation. She was so welcoming, helpful and proactive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I need, and offered more that I had expected, including but not limited to breakfast, local recommendations on restaurants and interesting activities/attractions in Madrid. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, artistic and modern interior design with great functionality, a lovely bedroom with a sparkling clean & privately attached bathroom and closet, as well as a living room that’s private to my use as well! And the location is great, easy to get to the city center via multiple bus lines, and very convenient to get to the airport, too. The only thing I wish could be better was that I wish I could have stayed longer at her place! Too bad I only spent 2 days in Madrid… T_T If I’ll visit Madrid again in the future, I hope I can stay at Patricia’s place again. ^_^

Luz and her husband were very helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to enjoy your attention and the residence. If I have to return near this destination, it will undoubtedly be my first choice. On the downside, the mattresses could be improved. Thank you very much for everything

Adriana is an excellent host, available to resolve concerns and flexible. In addition, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable bed to rest. We have no complaints about the service or the place. Recommended! And it gets all our stars. 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great time. The environment of the apartment is lively (Mercado de Maravillas, avenue du Bravo Murillo). The apartment was nice.

They were excellent hosts, very very friendly, excellent people! They responded to messages quickly and were always attentive to comfort. A place with a lot of good vibes. Áureo was very flexible with my check-in and check-out, as I arrived late because my flight was delayed. The location is very good, as the metro station that takes you to the city's key points is just a few steps away. From the airport to the apartment it is very easy to get there by public transport. It has a 24-hour supermarket just around the corner, which is a great advantage, and in front of the apartment there is a 24-hour locker service, which can be useful as in my case, I continued traveling and I didn't have to carry all my luggage. The street is very safe. You feel right at home in Áureo's apartment. The only thing that can be somewhat uncomfortable for those who have light sleep is that on weekends the street can be noisy, but other than that, everything is perfect.

The apartment is a gem! Amazing location at walkable distance from the main touristic spots. Train station and grocery store just a few minutes away. The unit was clean, cozy and beautiful. Thank you so much Pilar and Mariela, we had a wonderful time :)

Pablo’s apartment was exactly as described—compact yet perfectly suited for two guests. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the area. The building is equipped with an elevator, which made access to the apartment easy and convenient. It also felt safe and welcoming, with other residents who were notably friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of the stay was the balcony, which offers a stunning view of Gran Vía and truly enhanced the overall experience. My stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

Mia’s apartment in Malasana was perfect in every way. The space is beautiful and bright and decorated with wonderful touches everywhere. My friend and I had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Madrid.

Everything happened perfectly , Carmen communicated with me very kindly from the beginning, she was very clear and always responded instantly to my inquiries. The apartment was as advertised, she left us linens and towels in perfect condition and even shampoo , shower gel, juices in the fridge , milk, bread and cookies. I recommend it 100 percent .

The location is perfect, ideal for going to La Pedriza. Celia was super attentive and prepared an infusion from her garden that was amazing. 100% recommended.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

This is a truly marvelous stay! We will be back as soon as possible. It was so good we would honestly plan a Spain trip around available dates. Jorge was so kind, truly the breakfast was out of this world. Our room was serene and the mountain air so crisp and peaceful. The grounds are even prettier than the photos. It was a truly special experience! They thought of everything with this place from the decor to the services. We loved the Christmas decorations!!
