House vacation rentals in Madrid

Great communication with the host, he responds immediately. The accommodation is impeccable, the bed is very comfortable. It's in a building with a 24/7 guard, which provides a lot of security. It is very close to the train station (which comes or goes to the airport) and the subway that connects with the entire city. There is a supermarket 50 meters away. It couldn't have been better!! I definitely recommend it and will be back. Thanks Juan !

I couldn’t thank the host enough. Not only were they attentive and easy to contact during our stay but upon our return they were extremely helpful in tracking down an item id left behind and happily posted it to me. They went above and beyond. 5 ⭐️

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Me and my friend had an amazing experience at Gema’s place. We stayed for 10 days and right from the start Gema was helpful and communicated nicely. Miguel received us and showed us the place and explained the details. I recall we wanted to check if there was a ground coffee making machine and Gema straight away ordered a new one which was extremely nice of her as a host. The place was quite clean with all the things appropriately working. The location was good for us and there is a separate parking for the apartment as well. I would definitely come back to gema’s place. She as a host and her apartment is top rated in my opinion.

Singular! Takes the top spot among the coolest places we’ve stayed. It was a pleasure to get rained in. Fantastic proximity to the most peaceful part of Madrid. Gustavo is a welcoming and responsive host and creative designer.

We stayed at Adelaida’s place for 5 days and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, she made me, my wife, and our son feel completely at home. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and proactive in offering help. For example, she noticed we had rented a Tesla and kindly offered to charge it for us, she even took the key and had it ready by the time we were heading out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also asked her if we could pay for an extra half day to check out late, but she graciously let us stay until it was time for us to leave for the airport without any extra charge. The house itself is beautiful and very private, exactly as shown in the pictures, if not even better. Adelaida, her husband, and their sons were all so kind and supportive throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return next time we’re in Madrid ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Fernando's. Excellent accommodation with many well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 metro lines nearby that allow excellent travel throughout Madrid. I recommend it and won't hesitate to book Fernando's again if needed!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home in Madrid. It was located just a five-minute walk from the Arturo Soria metro station. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood across from a school where our kids even got to play soccer with some local children, which was such a fun experience for them. The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the children's rooms—cozy, fun, and filled with Spanish books. I even read a few stories to my child at bedtime. We enjoyed a lovely walk to a nearby restaurant one evening, and the area felt very safe and family-friendly. The hosts were incredibly attentive and shared helpful details about the neighborhood, transportation, and places to visit. Highly recommend this stay for families looking for a peaceful and authentic experience in Madrid.

The location is perfect, it allows to see both the touristy side of Madrid but also cool neighborhoods removed from the maddening crowds. The apartment is spacious and quiet and has all the amenities to host a family. Susana was a great host, communicated proactively and was very flexible and friendly.

Comfortable apartment for walking around Madrid. Being in an interior patio, it is very quiet despite being located on a street with great movement. The experience of cultural diversity in the Lavapiés neighborhood is very interesting. It was close to all the places we wanted to meet. The accommodation is beautiful and, although we only stayed 2 days, it has everything you need for longer stays. You can tell it's been decorated and furnished with a lot of care. In addition, Laura, the host, is charming and has taken care of every detail so that everything is easy to use and you only think about enjoying your trip. We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

Very comfortable and modernized flat. Nice accommodations that made us feel at home. Really great location near plazas, museums, and restaurants. Walkable to palace and train station. Flexible self check-in was much appreciated.
