Beaver Lake Luxury Retreat - Whispering Pines

JoyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The photos of this house do not do it justice. it is beautiful and so comfortable. We heard nothing but birds and wind in the trees. We really enjoyed taking the provided kayaks on the lake behind the property. We didn't see another soul out on the lake, but we listened to a frog symphony and watched deer scuttle up the bluff. This is a magical setting. Would be great for a small family reunion or a girls trip.

Callaway Cabin at the Pig Trail Scenic Byway

SandyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
As always it was a great to stay at the Callaway Cabin. Melissa and Todd are top notch hosts. They are very helpful if problems occur for you or your equipment. They will recommend where to get your parts or repairs done. Their place is a perfect location to have your group stay at. More than enough room to spread out or hang out together on the amazing deck and have a great time. Everything is easy to get to, to explore. The sites are beautiful around the location. We have stayed there 3 times so far, and planned our next.
The exterior of the house is showcased, featuring a combination of wood and metal siding. A wide porch extends along the front, providing accessibility. Large windows allow natural light to flow in, framed by surrounding trees and a clear sky.

Pet-Friendly Elkins Vacation Rental w/ Decks!

SummerRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed with 2 other couples and a kid on the couch. We were in the area for a ATV/UTV getaway. Good parking for the trailers. Very comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. The in room AC/heat units were fantastic. All the cookware needed was there. FANTASTIC porch to drink morning coffee and after hours drinks to unwind. We will be back for sure. THANK YOU!

MattieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
If you want a beautiful remote mountain get away with a fenced in backyard and a pool, it does not get better than Wyatt’s place! Plus you are still easy drive 40 minuted to Fayetteville. It definitely has a lived in feel but to us that added to the comfort. Not to mention Wyatt is a great host, thank you again!

Sweden Creek Retreat-5 miles from Wilderness Rider

ShantelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This place is stunning! I was impressed before we even arrived with Maggie’s detailed check in message complete with directions to the house (follow her directions. Do not rely on maps), food suggestions and reminders, and quick response to any messages. The house was spotless, very secluded, and the view was impeccable. The house was equipped with everything needed and more. The bed was extremely comfortable and I wanted to take the sheets and comforter home with me! The photos did not do this place justice. It was decorated cozy and had a home feel to it. The scenic Mountain view complete with beautiful cattle made “front porch sitting” one of our favorite spots while we were home. It’s located centrally to lots of hiking trails, not far from the Buffalo, and off the beaten path. Perfect for a secluded getaway.

neat little stop on our way. The old school house across the street was neat. We didn't catch any fish in the pond, but it was peaceful

River Run Hideaway

AprilRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Ashley & Kellie are great hosts. Extremely responsive, they left a binder with great information about local hikes with details about difficulty and seasonality. This was the perfect place to get away from the bustle of the city and go low tech for a weekend. We had enough service on our phones to look up maps and send picture messages, but we never felt the need to stream any programming because they have an awesome library of DVD’s. They’ve thought of everything!
