The accommodation is located in a quiet area and a short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this affordable place for a stay in Old Orchard Beach!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The home was absolutely beautiful—spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully put together with everything we could possibly need. It was even better than the photos, which is saying a lot! There is so much attention to detail, from the stylish decor to the little touches that made our stay feel extra special. The house book was incredibly helpful, filled with thoughtful recommendations that made it easy to explore the area like a local. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and clearly put a lot of care into creating a warm, welcoming space. Our dogs absolutely loved the yard—it was perfect for them to stretch out and enjoy the outdoors. We truly didn’t want to leave and would love to stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic girls weekend!! Loved the location was quiet but close to downtown which was fantastic! The kitchen had everything we needed. the living room had large sectional couch which made for a great place to sit and catch up on life! The bedrooms were spacious with ample closet space and comfortable beds! The bathroom had everything we needed and made for a good use of space off the kitchen. We would stay here again!!

Arian's place was absolutely beautiful. This home was spotless and they thought of everything. There were books for parents to read, games for kids and adults a like to enjoy, the hot tub was meticulously well kept and so relaxing. Arian was also extremely responsive with whatever needs I had, including when I left something at their home. 100% recommend booking here. We will be going back.

Great stay with New England Vacations! Through no fault of their own, the property was not ready for us when we arrived. One call to Matt and he jumped in to remedy the situation. Matt bent over backwards to make it right and salvaged our family vacation. The house was comfortable for three couples. We liked staying withing walking distance to downtown. The backyard was spacious and nice to hangout in, although some might still feel a little too close to neighbors. I loved the idea of staying in a house, neighborhood and town oozing with architectural and American history.

Adorable home, it’s older so a few quirks, the A/C didn’t work in the master and it’s very very bright early in the morning. The porch is fantastic, the location can’t be beat for beach access. It’s the perfect size for 4 people. Highly recommend!

One of the very best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at! The place was clean and extremely well stocked. It was comfortable and the horse were very friendly! Fresh baked goods and fruit awaited us when we arrived! Even the refrigerator offered bottled water and other refreshment! Location had great restaurants close by and Salem was just over the bridge. We were there for our daughter‘s graduation from Endicott College, and it worked out perfectly! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect—you can walk everywhere easily! We loved the garden and patio area. We spent time out there enjoying the nice weather and pretty flowers. It is a truly peaceful place.

Delightful place to stay in Portlands West end. It is easy walking distance to everywhere…. downtown and even the East side. Great restaurants in the neighborhood from breakfast to dinner. The apartment was immaculate and was stocked with just about everything you’d need. The shared yard was charming and felt very private. We have family in the area and I hope we can stay there again and again. It was much more comfortable than a B & B. Lorie was very responsive to anything you might need.

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

There's so much that can be said about this place and the area. We stayed for a week and barely scratched the surface of what's available to do. Within 15-20 minutes of driving, you'll find both sand and rocky waterfronts to explore, Island ferries, forest hiking, and countless amazing restaurants. Coming back to this place after each day of exploring felt like coming home to rest and recharge for the next day. Comfortable places to sit/sleep, conveniently supplied snacks, and great material to review what to put on your list for the next day. Please take my advice and stay here if you want to have a peaceful and fruitful stay in the Portland, ME area.

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

This place was perfect for my family of four boys. The game room kept them occupied during our stay. We would definitely visit again. Sean was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful and quiet at night, yet just a short walk across the bridge to all the dining and shopping in Portsmouth. The amazing views of the river and Portsmouth from most rooms across the water were a highlight. The accommodations were very comfortable, which was especially important for me as I was five months pregnant during our stay. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept well. Overall great family friendly AirBnB. The lack of stair and private parking made it easier with our toddler than previous places we have stayed in the area. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we had zero issues throughout our stay. We would absolutely book this Airbnb again the next time we visit the area. Highly recommend!

It was my 12 and 15 year old’s first time staying at an airbnb and they both agreed our stay met their expectations. We were surprised by the ease of getting to the concert location and both kids loved the tennis courts and how easy it was to get to them. We wished we had more time to spend as one busy day and night was not enough.
