Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Macomb County

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed there and already booked it for next year. You couldn’t ask for a better location for what we were looking for. The house is spacious and super nice, everything you could want. The communication with the hosts was great and they responded quickly. I’ve already recommended the house to several friends.

Great pillows and comfortable beds- clean stocked kitchen and lots to do. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Twyla was super communicative and this place was a great space for us when we came in for a work trip. Bed was super comfortable. Every kitchen appliance you could think of! Great space.

Daniel's house was spot-on for us. We had a family get-together, and the house was well-suited for us - basement rec room with a pool table, throwing games, dart board, and a *huge and beautiful* back yard with a patio, table, and chairs. The front porch is a good size and you can sit out there, as well. The kitchen was well-supplied with pots & pans, utensils, glasses, mugs, and spices. There was sugar and creamers, too :-) There was a great supply of towels for the bathroom; extra blankets, too. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a lot of natural light and beautiful lavender bushes in the front. Daniel was quite easy to communicate with; the house information is thorough and well-written. All in all, the house has a lovely, welcoming feel to it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our group of 8 fishermen had plenty of sleeping qurters. loads of kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and wash cloths. I am 80 years of age, have stayed in probably 30 airbnb's and this one is by far the most enjoyable.. , Thanks, Art!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Eno's place. It was easy to find, on the corner of two streets. The bedroom had a comfortable queen bed and ample closet space. The bedroom was close to the bathroom. Everything was clean. The price was right for us. Eno was easy to reach by message. He is a kind and caring host. We highly recommend Eno's home for your next stay in the Detroit area. 5 stars!

We were in town for a sad occasion and did not know the area really well. We stumbled upon Lorri’s listing which was less than 10 minutes from where we needed to be for the next couple of days. Turned out to be the perfect location and we felt super safe in the neighborhood. It was a cozy modern home with all the amenities we could ever need during this short stay. Lorri provided detailed instructions and made the process super easy.

Home away from home, cozy place and close to everything, quite and safe. Convenient for long term stays, kitchen includes all needed utensils, nice living room with big screen TV. Jackie is super nice and helpful.

The location was great! There are two restaurants that are essentially next door, you can walk to either one in less than a minute. I cycled almost 60 miles to get here and didn't have a car with me, so having amenities right outside the front door was very convenient. When I needed a battery there was a liquor store across the street that had some. The space was way larger than I needed and was spotless. There were a ton of thoughtful amenities like a soda stream, a first aid kit, hairspray, lint roller, advil, hair ties, etc. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're going to be in Richmond.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Maxine was absolutely amazing and a delight. The apartment was really cool and relaxing. It is my new home in Detroit when I go to visit. They were more than just hosts that had a place. Maxine makes you feel welcome and is a delight to work with. Thank you so much for everything!

Very nice stay! It was spacious and comfortable and clean. Chris communicated well. I was born and raised in a suburb of Detroit and have since moved around to other states. I am extremely pleased to see the progress in Detroit! Saving these architectural gems is very nice to see. Would stay again - hope to come see the Tigers play!

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! Highly recommend if anyone needs a place to stay in the area.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

Alan was great! He was extremely accommodating and very responsive. The place was well updated and everything was clean and comfortable. Bed was soft. Free snacks, unlike some places that charge an arm and a leg. the snacks were all made in Michigan. the place is curated for Detroit. Check out was simple.
