Monthly Rentals in Lynnville

We arrived late and were relieved to see Denise’s place—it is very clean and comfortable. It was also easy to find. Denise is very responsive and was always available before and during our stay. Grinnell is a great spot with a real downtown and lovely college. Denise’s spot is in walking distance to both. The three of us were very comfortable during our stay. The air mattress, by the way, is deluxe. And, the coffee supplies were generous.

We enjoyed our stay. It was big, clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Delphina's apartment has been our favorite place to stay in Grinnell. It is always spotlessly clean and is close to everywhere we want to be. Delphina is a friendly and responsive hostess and the pride she takes in her renovated apartments is apparent!

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The best part was listening to the birds on the porch in the morning.
