Vacation rentals with lake access in Lower Township

We had a wonderful stay at Jen’s home. The setting is beyond words and must be experienced. It’s the perfect house in the idyllic setting. Jen’s home is set on the bay with the ocean in view and only a few paces away. The house is charming with all the amenities one could ask for, clean, and beautifully restored. The setting is GORGEOUS. Set high, the house seems to float over the bay. There are no neighbors to one side as far as the eye can see. Its setting is like a nature preserve with birds, turtles, fish all enjoying the beauty of the setting. We spent most of our time on the back deck, dinners alfresco with the natural habitat surrounding us. Dips in the water off the dock were a refreshing break with the view, breeze, and sunsets our entertainment. Night time we fell asleep to the bay breeze and sound of waves. Craig’s home was extremely clean, thoughtfully arranged, and clearly well cared for. Every room felt fresh and inviting, with everything in its place. The highlight, without a doubt, was the view of the bay. Whether you were relaxing indoors or enjoying the rooftop, the scenery was breathtaking. The rooftop space, in particular, offered a perfect spot to unwind, with panoramic views that were especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The location is another major plus. This specific street along the bay is peaceful and open, giving it a much more relaxed and private feel compared to some of the busier, more tightly packed nearby areas. It truly felt like a hidden gem—quiet, serene, and ideal for a calm getaway.

We loved our stay here! Not only was it a quick bike ride to the beach or walk to the bird observatory but being able to sit on the front porch and enjoy the trees and wildlife was a huge bonus too. The provided bikes and beach accessories were nice to have readily available as well. The house was perfect for our family to either spread out or all sit down and watch a movie together in the living room. MaryKate was great with responding quickly and communicating with before and throughout our stay. Can’t wait to book another trip to this beautiful property!

We had such an amazing time at Brandon’s place with our kids. The kids are still asking when we can go back to « our » beach house to see wild animals, play on the sand and ride our bikes. It’s very safe, calm and beautiful. I definitely recommend. Brandon is an amazing host! Thanks!

Lovely cottage with everything you need to enjoy your stay in a quiet neighborhood of Cape May Point. Easy walk to the beach, and it was a huge bonus to have beach tags and beach chairs included. It was also nice that there were games and books in the house - we enjoyed playing Cape May-opoly! We grilled a couple of the nights and the grill was a bit hard to light on its own, but we were able to use matches (just recommend bringing some in case). This is the perfect place for a family. Sarah was also a friendly and responsive host. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Katie was amazing! Very responsive and took care of everything immediately to make us feel at home. We were unaware that we had to bring our own bedding and Katie handled the situation with grace and allowed us to use her personal items, and compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was amazing, the house was beautiful, clean and well put together. Staying at Katie’s place is a must if you are in the area! Thank you Katie for a great stay!

We had a great time! Place was very secluded and peaceful. We got to enjoy morning walks on the beach, collecting seashells and hearing of the ocean waves crash with nobody else around. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had all amenities that we needed, both bathrooms were clean and we got to enjoy a nice bath even. The beach had a lot of sandflies, luckily the owners had a bug spray which saved us, but you can also never go wrong with bringing one as well! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your awesome beach house!

This was our second time back at this location, which is perfect for 2! Quiet neighborhood and a clean, modern place to sleep for 2 people typically on the go. Pictures are exactly as advertised and was able to park right out front. Easy instructions to get in, which was helpful for an especially late night arrival.

This is the second time my friend and i have stayed here and we literally cannot love it more. Everything is so clean when u get in plus the place is very cozy. It is pretty small but it was perfect for us. Last time we came we had absolutely no complaints and I have so say the same about our last trip here too. Cannot wait to come back.

This was an absolutely amazing rental for my family of 5 for Memorial Day weekend. The price was very affordable for a last minute MDW trip to the shore with the family the host was very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again. A plus is that the neighbors were also very friendly and even wanted us to extend our stay. Such a great location and I would book this comfortable spacious rental for my next shore trip, 100%.

Michelle was such an amazing host! Extremely helpful and very promt with her responses! She definitely made our honeymoon even more special! We will absolutely be staying here again in the near future!

Anne Marie and Bob were amazing, and the cottage was beyond expectations lovely! Even when things went wrong (not at all their faults), they were responsive and helpful. Everything in the cottage was well supplied and planned (had sheets and towels and bathroom supplies). I would recommend them 100 times over!

We had a lovely week long stay at Riptide. The house is just about a block’s walk to a beautiful peaceful little beach. The area is quiet with plenty of convenience nearby. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys etc. AC and showers worked great. We are grateful to have found a spot to accommodate our family of 2 young children and 2 dogs.
