Vacation rentals with a pool in Loudon County

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

Loved our stay! Home is very welcoming and very family oriented for all ages! We stayed here with young family with children, young adults & grandparents every one enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories! Highly Recommend staying here!

Beautiful location, great for a family gathering at the lake. Minor downside was lack of blankets. Kids area downstairs would be freezing unless you turned AC off, in which case the upstairs would be too hot to sleep. Washer and dryer were great to have, but washer didn't work too well. Everything else was great, deck, pool and dock. Would recommend.

This home was outstanding! It was a beautiful layout, very clean; I could live in this home. Our family really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever come back to that area, we would stay at this home again. There is not one negative thing we could say about this beautiful home. Everything was positive, beautiful, clean, and well-decorated. It was top of the line in every way! Book it if you are anywhere near the area. It is a dream home. Alissa was a fantastic host! Was 30-45 min flexible on our check-in time, because I arrived a bit early. So gracious. Responded immediately when I booked the house. House was great, clean, private, and very well maintained. I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It was beautiful and well taken care of. They had a book of things you could do in the area along with many different things you could do at the house itself. We saw a few cubs and a few deer while staying here! Overall our experience was fantastic and we would definitely stay here or with the host again. It is well worth the money.

We stayed at Suzanne’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for my daughter’s graduation from UTK, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 10 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel lobby or bar. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with my daughter’s roommates and their families, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and TV area. The setting was peaceful and relaxing until some beautiful Tennessee thunderstorms rolled in, which made for a perfect evening enjoying the light show under the covered porch. Suzanne communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great place.

Stayed to visit my wife's grandparents that live in Fairfield Glade and my family was very comfortable with the master bedroom very comfortable. Also was very great for my three kids that slept comfortably after catching fireflies at night. Would stay here again.

Jodie was amazing. The cleanliness and broken fridge, broken bed and broken TV was out of her control due to the prior guests. She informed me before hand and I was aware and it didn't make our stay any less amazing. The view is great and the condo is Beautiful and updated. I will stay at Jodies place again in the future.

My family if 4 (myself, husband, and two 17 yr olds) stayed in Trish's place while visiting family in the area. It was perfect for us! The teens each had their own bed and space as well as my husband and I. While we spent most of our time w/our family, the condo was so comfortable to end our nights in. Everyone slept great - the beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathrooms are also well stocked - plenty of towels and even some toiletries. We also loved the little touches of holiday decor - super cute. We had no issues getting into the condo and Trish was super responsive and helpful when I messaged her with a question. We will definitely stay again when we're back in the area!

Great host and the apartment itself was well kept. The building was on the older side, parking was present, but cramped, and there was a little railroad noise. Overall, it met our needs, was very clean and was pretty close to everything. We would stay there again if we needed to be near that area.
