The place is located in a peaceful area and close to a LIRR at 5 minutes, stores are very accessible as well best of all laundry mat. The only thing was morning hours if you're a light sleeper like me you'll hear the upstairs family a lot. But i didn't mind the place is very clean, and cozy. My boyfriend and I love it! and host was very responsive and friendly!

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

Angelique's home is absolutely charming and located in a lovely neighborhood. We were in town for a race at Jones Beach and loved how quiet and relaxing both her home and neighborhood were. The ground floor was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Upstairs was quite cozy but there is also a bathroom on the main floor so my husband and I each "took" one. The home is very well located with easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Branford. The room was as described. The unit was a clean and cozy studio, with a private entrance that was easy to get in and out of. It was all that we needed for a nice weekend in Connecticut right outside of New Haven city. It was an easy drive to get in and out of Branford and to drive around to the local towns. The area that this airbnb was tucked away in, is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It felt like you were one with nature. The neighborhood was attached to a local sidewalk to be able to walk to the water access and restaurants. Would stay here again. Thank you!
