There’s nothing but good words for our stay at Zirrell’s place. She was very responsive. It is accessible, easy to figure the check-in instructions, very cozy & clean. We felt comfortable almost like home . If visiting Chicago with company I would recommend Zirrell’s place

This was my second stay at Luke’s and just like last time, I had a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Checking in was easy and flexible, and Luke graciously offered early check in. He also invited us to join him to learn about bees in the backyard that afternoon, which one of us was able to take him up on! Luke was responsive and proactive about communicating, and provided clear instructions on everything to do with our stay. I hope to stay there again in the future!

I stayed at John’s Airbnb during my trip to Chicago, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot—especially being right in the heart of Chinatown. The place was spotless, super cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell John takes pride in keeping it clean and well-stocked, which I really appreciated. What made it even better was the location. Chinatown in Chicago is such a vibe—full of culture, energy, and some of the best (and most affordable) eats in the city. If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love exploring all the spots nearby. One place I highly recommend is Hing Kee. Their hand-pulled noodles and dumplings are on point—fresh, flavorful, and easy on the wallet. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and authentic Chicago experience, especially in Chinatown, John’s place is the move. I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo. We had 7 adults staying and felt comfortable. Having a dedicated parking space was super helpful and on street parking was easy. Please note this is a 3rd floor walk up so if stairs are a problem you need to consider if this works for you. Easy access to Midway airport and Chinatown were also great features.

Josh was an excellent host! Provided great instructions for entry, exit, parking, and even some details related to working different things in the home. Beautiful location for Wrigley & restaurants. Also an easy walk to a grocery store.

Very nice place. Looked professionally cleaned. Matt was prompt with his replies and managed to accomodate a late check out, which was helpful. 10 mins walk to Logan Square station where you can catch blue line to downtown.

Loved this spot! It was exactly where we wanted to be located - walkable to Aragon. the place felt clean, had high tech amenities, walkable to coffee and Eateries, convenient to train station. Lots of natural light, well decorated, cool stuff to look at and read. would stay here again.

The host and team were very communicative. The space was beautiful with high ceilings , clean, spacious, and well equipped.

Beautiful home, and easy access to the house. With nice bars and easy transportation near by to the city. Michelle was a wonderful host, would stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. We have three children and everyone was comfortable. The location was perfect, the hosts were clear communicators and quick to respond. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything went well. Place was very nice and the host was very responsive when I needed help and accommodative as well. Highly recommend if needed a place near downtown.

Place was great. Clean and well laid out with plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay. Location was further than we thought from our places we planned to visit. They were cutting down and grinding a tree first thing Saturday morning. Convenient cafe right around corner had good breakfast food and coffee. Ubers were fast getting us and to where we needed to go. Parked car and left all weekend. Neighborhood was a little rough with homeless and panhandlers but they left us alone. Great walks to Soldier field and Northern Island. Alex provided all the amenities you need plus some Heinkens to cool us down. We had no issues so we did not need to contact Alex at all but yoyu got to remember the location is on 17 Place not Street so we almost walked into the wrong house and when the dog started barking at us we knew something was up. LOL!!!

Beautiful spot, cannot be be beat, was a block away from our favorite pizza spot and a few blocks from our dumpling place. The rooftop view is stunning, panoramic view of the city. As for the apt — it was very well laid out, maximizing all of the space and the softest couch we’ve had in any Airbnb to date. Hosts were in constant communication and we were only there for a long weekend university visit. Very happy with the place, would use again this summer or for any future visits to the city.

Really liked it, nice location, plenty of room, comfortable, good kitchen. Getting around using buses and the subway was also very easy.

Joe’s place was perfect for a family gathering , 2 sets of grandparents, 3 grands and parents. We were able to walk to all of our events, the neighborhood is beautiful, super safe and quiet. Joe is a fabulous host , extremely responsive to multiple messages, offered great local recommendations, even set additional photos of the space .

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays. The apartment was pretty well appointed, clean and is in a good location- centrally located for our purposes of being near family and close enough to the expressway to get to the city.

I would highly recommend Michelle's listing! The listing is spacious and perfect for a couple or small family (we had our <1 year old). Michelle is communicative, all the instructions are clear, and the location is convenient.

Our stay in Evanston was great! The apartment is close to all of downtown Evanston, the Metra, and the L. Also easy access to NU. Everything was just as it says and the free underground parking is a HUGE plus!

Our stay here worked out perfectly. The host was nice, and the location was centrally located to great shopping and restaurants. Very private and safe. The view at night was beautiful.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s “Heart of Evanston.” I loved the indoor garage parking option with easy in and out. If you have a large vehicle /SUV, maneuvering in and out of the spot may be challenging depending if the spot over is occupied. We have a mid-size SUV and had no issues. The room was easily accessed from the garage and we had no issues getting in. The place was clean and well organized. I loved that it smelled clean and also had a faint hint of bleach in the bathroom. It was a little warm in the bedrooms at night but we used the air conditioning to bring the temperature down. Town is very walkable and we enjoyed the local restaurants (Taco Diablo, Bat 17, Bennison’s bakery). We found the town to be very quiet - almost too quiet for what we expected but after our visit to Northwestern found out it was spring break for the students. Michelle was available for any questions and always replied promptly. We had a great stay and would stay again!

Clean apartment with everything we needed for a family of 4. Space was nice and quiet (no noise from roads or neighbors). Parking was convenient and Michelle was immediately responsive when we needed an alternate parking space when our minivan was too big for the assigned space. Check in was a breeze.
