Great place to stay. Close to town where there are multiple fast food restaurants and the local atv trail head. The only “issue” was there wasn’t a door on the room with the bunk beds making it difficult for the children to fall asleep; but it worked just fine all the same. Would definitely stay again.

Beth and this house are wonderful. It is truly a home away from home. Everything you need and then some. This house is decorated so nicely and a TV in every bedroom plus a huge tv in the living room. 3 outdoor grills to choose from and a kitchen with all the gadgets. We will be back. Beth is so helpful and a great host. I have paid more for so much less. This is a great house for a family, or a group riding the trails

Our family was in the area to ride Hatfield McCoy’s Ivy Branch Trail System and this house was perfect for our family of 8, but could sleep 12! Lots of room for parking several trucks with trailers. Bub was very fast to answer when we had a question. We would stay again if in the area!

it was truly a great place minutes from everything and only short drive to other locations I was visiting.
