Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lincoln Beach

Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Sat in the sun on the deck and had a nice barbecue.

A+ host and location. Everything went extremely smoothly.

This is our 2nd stay at Robin's place. The home is very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of room for 4 adults and it is especially nice to have a 2nd bathroom. Beach access within easy walking distance is also a plus for those who enjoy quiet walks on the ocean shore. We noticed the home was recently treated to brand new carpet and new decks! this is just one of the indications that Robin takes good care of the home. She is very kind and responsive to any questions or needs that her guests may have. We loved staying in her home and look forward to another visit soon!

Great location in the Nye Beach Neighborhood. Plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. This is our second time staying here and enjoy the location. The spacious kitchen also allows for family dinners and we like to take advantage of the outside grill.

Steps away from beach access to the west and the main LC drag to the east. Cozy old school Oregon Coast cottage. Secure fenced in backyard for your dog. Really a convenient spot in the heart of town.

This house was amazing! We really enjoyed the backyard with our dogs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with family. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking meals together. The location is perfect and walkable to various beach access to the calm and less populated bay. We also walked to the wetlands trail with our stroller. Some parts of the trail are not stroller friendly but we made it work. The beds were clean and comfortable, it does get a little cold at night but the two fireplaces made it cozy. The laundry room was equipped with everything and we utilized that to wash some clothes that got dirty at the beach. We will definitely be back with more family as the house is large enough to accommodate more than we traveled with this time. Sue is very responsive and helpful. For a nearby dinner I highly recommend the rusty truck. House felt toddler friendly with pack n play and baby gates available.

This was the ideal space for our family’s coast trip. The 19 yr old got his own space upstairs. The kitchen and dining area was a good place for drinking sipping on tea and jabbering.

Hot tub was clean crisp and fresh! Had guests over and there was plenty of space to hang out between the two couches and beanbag. Open space between living and dining room invited big conversations! The game room was greatly appreciated. Nice to have a well working smart TV in the bedrooms, game room, and living room!

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

Just as advertised. The unit was quiet and comfortable. The unit is located up on a cliff from the ocean so you get amazing views, but hiking up and down the stairs gets your heart rate up. The tradeoff was well worth it for us.

Neal and Sue have a beautiful place. We would 10/10 recommend you anyone making a stop in Lincoln City. They were gracious in suggesting places to visit for the days we were there. 😊

This is the place you're looking for! Super clean. Roomy. Awesome view out over the water. Good places to walk along the ocean. And good wifi too. Would stay here again!

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

We had a perfect stay over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is small but very well laid out. It was comfortable and cozy. We didn’t cook, but in the evenings we played games at the small table and watched some movies. Best of all, it’s an easy walk with the pups to an amazing beach. Ruth was a great host, and we will definitely look to stay again on our next Oregon coast adventure.

Great space. Pretty quiet, even on Friday memorial day weekend. A bit of foot noise from next door or above. Very nice and comfortable, great bed. Very close to the beach. Just think a tiny bit overpriced... Be careful with front door it does not close easy and comes open. Overall had a great stay. Beach is wonderful, saw the ghost forest!

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was the most amazing experience we’ve ever had! We got so many amazing recommendations, the resort was also so close to the beach and brought the most amazing views I would absolutely recommend to anyone , it truly was such an awesome stay and experience😊

This place was beautiful! Super clean, beds (including the pull out bed) were very comfortable. The view is incredible with super easy access to the beach. I stayed with my kids and they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend:)

Place was excellent. My family was visiting from Florida and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good location in Depoe Bay. Very scenic with the ocean right outside your windows. While there is no beach access on site it’s a short drive to Gleneden with nice flat and walkable beaches. Good location with convenient access to Newport Bay and the Lincoln City outlet stores. It’s a short walk to downtown Depoe Bay with lots to do including whale watching. The unit is a nice three bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and a sizable living room area. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and a third bathroom is in the hallway for the third bedroom. There are two swimming pools with hot tubs, as well as tennis court and a combination basketball/pickleball sports court. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back in the future for more visits.

We loved staying here! It was up the hill from Nye beach, with spectacular views of the lighthouse and ocean. There was a private deck and a beautiful shared backyard area that was lovely as well.

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Don was very easy to work with and available to answer our questions. We arrived early and asked if we were able to check in Don was quick to respond and allowed us to check in prior to our scheduled time which we sincerely appreciated! His place was squeaky clean and has a great ocean view, can’t wait to book again in the future. Thank you Don!
